Grilled Seared Salmon Belly (Salmon Aburi)
    Brianna N.

Glassico is an absolute GEM to be here in St. Robert. It has been my husband and I's absolute favorite place to go out to eat while being stationed here at Fort Leonard Wood. Everything from the appetizers to the ramen to the sushi is INCREDIBLE. Pictured is seared salmon belly we tried (they actually gave it to us for free since we were waiting a bit for a table, they were packed!), and I kid you not, it was the best fish I have ever tasted in my entire life. So buttery and flavorful. Since we've been going here, there has only been one waitress, one man working the sushi bar and the kitchen staff in the back. I have never seen a waitress work so hard, so efficiently, and so kindly! This being said, it is quite a small restaurant, but the ambiance is comforting and they always have some kind of RnB music playing. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

Came in here for dinner and really enjoyed the sushi rolls, poke and takoyaki. The service was great. Despite there was only one waitress running around taking care of all the tables. The poke bowl had a handful of fresh tuna and salmon with great flavors. The Takoyaki was tasty, crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. The Red Dragon roll taste good and was a good size. Overall, the food was great, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean.

It's decorated, really cute. Judging from the outside, it looks small, but it's actually pretty big. I love the option to choose from the hibachi grill or just a regular table. The drinks were awesome ! My Bahama Mama had just the right blend of rum & it was really good. Along with the Scorpion bowl drink was delicious! I had the Yaki Udon noodles with chicken, and my boyfriend had the alligator roll & blue crab sushi. It was absolutely amazing. The food presentation was nice as well. Customer service was good, and the bathrooms were clean! I'd definitely go back !

Debating between 3 or 4 stars, but settled on 4 because of their Tonkotsu Ramen. Went to dinner with my nephew and we went with the following items: - Takoyaki - decent - Fried Calamari - while it was fried perfectly, the large squid tentacles were still cold and rubbery and hard to eat. I would recommend you avoid this dish. - Chicken Karaage - they used wet batter to fry their chicken, I'm used to the light flour coating. Their dish is also served with Pork Cutlet dipping sauce. - Tuna (Maguro) / Shrimp / Tuna Roll - ok - Firecracker Roll - ok - Tonkotsu (Pork Bone Broth) Ramen - their Tonkotsu Ramen was good. I would recommend that you add bamboo and other toppings, but the broth was excellent. - Shoyu -Soy Sauce Ramen - it was ok, I would not order this again. Overall, decent location, their tonkotsu ramen won be over. Definitely order their tonkotsu ramen.

Considering the fact that we are in the mid west no where close to the ocean. The sushi here is pretty fresh. The calamari and Raman is absolutely amazing though. The best around especially for a small town. Highly recommended

After this many years, Glassico is still easily one of my favorite restaurants in town. Their sushi is hands down the freshest you'll get around here. And the customer service is the best. You won't regret trying Glassico!

    Tonkonsu Ramen

Solid Ramen and sushi restaurant. I had the Tonkonsu Ramen with a seaweed salad appetizer. Food was quick and very tasty. One of the best seaweed salads I've had. No frills, just seaweed. No stack of lettuce underneath to make it look bigger. Ramen was solid as well. The spice cup they give you is great. You can make it as spicey as you want. Amazing flavor. The only drawback, and it's minor, is that the menu is very limited on Ramen and sushi. Again, no takeaway from the cleanliness of the restaurant and the tastiness of the food.

Great place to satisfy a ramen and sushi craving. The service was fast and on top of everything. It was well maintained and had a nice calm feel. I'm from Hawaii so this place makes me feel at home. Love their tonkatsu ramen as well!

    Spicy California Roll

This was a delightful surprise! I ordered the spicy California to enjoy while I waited for my shoyu ramen. It was made fresh and so good! I was so excited for the ramen I forgot to take a photograph. The broth was perfect and so rich. The noodles were not my favorite, but they were cooked well. Overall, I will be back.

My Jamaican chicken melt was a good portion & came out hot & with gooey cheese. Be fair warned that this does have some spice to it as intended. I opted for the cheesy grits as I wanted to stray away from the typical side. They were so flavorful & cheesy with a little kick, outstanding! The steak my BF and DIL French onion soup were very delicious & flavorful as well. Don't let the outside make you question the great food & service that inside. We followed the recommendations of other reviews and they did not disappoint. The gyro was massive, possibly enough for two people. The strawberry Fields salad was delicious with lots of blueberries, strawberries, goat cheese and candied pecans. The French onion soup gets two thumbs up from my husband. It was quite hearty with a nice ratio of onions, bread, cheese, and broth. It came out with a little pair of scissors so you could cut the cheese into bite-size pieces and not have it all come off in one spoonful. They offer local sodas, Excel brand as well as Boba and wine. The portions of everything we saw were quite large, quick friendly service and the food was delicious. We would definitely come back again.

The brussel sprouts were out of this world (just the right amount of crunchy, sweet, and savory). The pork loin with smashed bacon potatoes was one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. The carrot cake we had for dessert was the best carrot cake I've ever had. One thing that really surprised me was the portions. Usually at an upscale casual restaurant like this, the portions tend to be on the smaller side. Not here. You had to roll us out! Richard, our waiter, was amazing, and the rest of the staff was so nice and attentive. I've been saying for years that the food scene around the lake is a little disappointing. You can get pretty burnt out on all the restaurants serving similar foods that start to taste the same. 1932 Reserve is such a refreshing change. It's a great place for a special occasion, a date night, or just when you want a really delicious meal at a nice restaurant and you're tired of the typical restaurants around the lake. The one negative would be the parking, but it seems like they have a golf cart running people back and forth, which definitely helps. The Reserve has absolutely proven that they deserve a place at the lake, and I really hope they're successful for many years to come. The food and experience was truly great. It's the kind of restaurant you might expect to find in a big city, and I'm so glad it's here.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance struck me as warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Food Highlights: Shrimp Appetizer:The shrimp were beautifully presented, sitting atop a rich, flavorful sauce. They were perfectly cooked, plump, and juicy, enhanced by a delightful dollop of creamy sauce and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. A squeeze of lemon added just the right brightness to the dish. Main Course: I opted for the beef, which was tender and packed with flavor. It was served on a bed of smooth, creamy mashed potatoes, with perfectly cooked asparagus on the side. The rich sauce complemented the dish beautifully, creating a harmonious blend of tastes. The presentation was equally impressive, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. Service: The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their recommendations were spot on, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our dining experience. Overall, 1932 Reserve is a gem in Osage Beach.
