They're always packed and it takes around 10-15 minutes to get greeted by the only hostess/waitress who seems to be severely overworked. This place is pretty good. I understand that everything is made fresh to order, but when you call in an order and your told the order will be ready in 25 minutes, it should. POORER THAN POOR SERVICE!!!! We attempted to eat here for my nieces birthday and they would not serve 3 separate families because we had "too much" people and they were worried about their "regular customers" coming in and they will be "busy" because they are a "small restaurant" that can't serve "20" people (we had about 14 people). Mind you, we were 3 separate families willing to sit at our own tables (since they would not seat us all together), and wait for our order, still they continued to tell us they could not serve a group of our size. What would it matter if 3 families walked in at the same time? Mind you, there were already 3 groups of people in there eating, so it was NOT packed at all and they were obviously served. But because of the possibility of regular customers coming in on a Friday night, they could not accommodate us. No one in our unserviceable large party has ever heard or been refused in a restaurant this way, especially to be sent away on possible customers rather and actual customers. There are restaurants smaller than this in this area that have and will service us. Never again. read more

Update. 7-19-18 Decided to give Glassico another try. This time for dinner. They changed their menu some. I have had sushi all over the country and this is mediocre at best. It was once again warm. In all my experiences with sushi it has always been served while it was still cool. Still took a really long time to get the food. That being said it was definitely better than the last time we ate there. Probably won't be going back since there is another restaurant in town that sells sushi that is much better. Added 1 star. This review has been flagged as possibly fake. I can assure you that it is not. This was my experience during an hour lunch break. Got there for lunch a couple minutes after noon. Promptly greeted by a nice waitress. All downhill from there. Had high hopes for this place since the place before was great. I ordered 3 sushi rolls, California, Spider, and Rainbow. Sister ordered a Ramen bowl. The sushi came out at about 1230. The sushi was warm, room temp or even higher. No ginger or wasabi. The Spider roll tasted like oil or grease. I have had better sushi from grocery stores. At about 1240, miso soup was brought out which probably should have been brought out before the sushi. 1250, my sister finally got her noodle bowl, it was ok but she was now worried about getting back to work on time so had to take it to go. Results sushi- definately not. Noodles- maybe. Lunchtime - probably not if you only have an hour. Total $42 read more

Craving sushi and YELP suggests this place, an hour away. The reviews and photos were so good we decided to make the drive. Absolutely worth it! I know good sushi and this place hit the spot. The BEST miso soup we've ever had and it was served nice and hot. Yummy seaweed salad. Fresh, delicious, and creative fish and ramen offerings. We enjoyed four rolls, all very good.
