I don't care about the inconvenience it causes them. Because for my state of mind I pay for full coverage. I've never experienced this before, but it was shocking to say the least. With the help of our automotive insurance, I arranged to have it replaced at GlassWerks, which is located in an industrial park strip mall on St. Cloud's south side. They were courteous, professional and flexible with their scheduling. When we had to reschedule an appointment because of a death in the family, they were very accommodating and rescheduled us for a week later with no problems. They have a small waiting room on-site that has a couch, a chair, a coffee table, and a television with cable TV. They have wi-fi as well, though I was unable to get it working while I was there. The wait time, depending on the job, is about 2 hours. They did nice work, cleaned the inside of the vehicle, and got me going when they promised. I was very pleased with the professional service, the attention to detail and my overall experience. I would recommend GlassWerks to others who need glass repair on their vehicles. The business is located within walking distance of McStop (McDonald's) on Interstate 94, RJ's American Grill (a nice restaurant near the truck stop), and a couple of hotels.
