Yall are slow asf. This old man been waiting 5 hours for his window to be replaced and I'm waiting an hour and a half for my windshield to be replaced. Yall gone charge 300$ for 3 hours of waiting? The staff seems nice so far but them workers need to move with a purpose or fire them bc nobody wants to waste their day when safelight auto can do it in 30 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE This is a very shady establishment that completely messed up the wiring in my car when they "recalibrated" my sensors after replacing my windshield. Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off. They were completely dismissive to our concerns and did not provide any sort of resolution to the problem. In fact they said it had nothing to do with them and hung up the phone. read more

Was able to get the ding in my windshield fixed within 30 minutes of coming to the store. Had an appointment for the next day, but they were able to work me in. Excellent work. Can not even tell where the ding was. read more

After giving me a quote and a mobile appointment time for Monday morning (2 days from quote) they called me and said no appointment was made because they don/t set mobile appointments, only a 7 hour window and they didn't have my glass anyway. When I started to say that is no way to run a bussines, she started talking over me and then hung up on me. After reading all these 1 star reviews about what a bad job they did I think they did me a favor by blowing me off. This is a place where customer service goes to die! read more

They took an hr with an appointment to see me and the cracked my dash board in the truck they will not pay for it after calling and talking to corporate and others. This has been going on for 9 months. Never bring anything there to get fixed. Management hung the phone up on me many of times and is very rude to customers. They don't care if they brake anything or even try to make it better by cutting you a check for the damages they have done. Don't walk past here run like hell away from these people. The price was the best around. The service not so much. My VIN was blocked by something on back of the new windshield and they didn't seem to think it was that important. The cowl was broke and the side trim pieces do not fit securely anymore. I took it back to get these things fixed and all they did was removed the stuff on the back of the windshield. Supposedly waiting for a call back after the District Manager decides what to do. Here's an idea District Manager......fix what you broke. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars because I was able to walk up and get my windshield replaced same day, but the staff needs to "Read The Room!" before they make racial comments and jokes. If you are not a Minority, then you should not voice you opinion on how police handle Black and Brown people. PERIOD! Making racial jokes about your "black black friend" is unacceptable! Talking about a video chat you had with your "black friend" and saying that they are so black that you could only see their teeth in the white of their eyes in the dark. Both women laughed as if they just heard the joke of the day. If they had not already replaced my windshield I would have left with no service. Our windshield needed to be repaired, and I called various places. Auto Glass Now had the best prices. Got us in the same day, and took about 30-45 minutes to replace the full windshield. I inspected the windshield, and everything appeared to be in order. Was given instructions, paid, and was on my way. Windshield looks and feels great 2 weeks post installation. Receptionist and tech were both professional and helpful. read more

My son needed a new windshield so I looked at Safe Lite and another place and it was right at 300.00. Insurance wouldn't cover it, so I saw Auto Glass now and called. I booked that appointment so fast when she told me with tax it would be 175.00. I was so happy she got him in the next day and it was an awesome job. It looks so good. read more

Had a windshield put in several months ago. We have had a dash rattling noise that picked up through our car phone and rendered it unitelligible when used. Took it to the dealer twice. They finely found the problem was a missing strap for the rear view mirror that was supposed to be glued to the windshield and was not replaced when the glass was changed. These people here disavow any knowledge of a glued strap which my dealer replaced yesterday at a cost to me of $185.00. They offered no concern or responsibility and had never heard of this problem. They knew it was attached when they pulled the windshield but now lie about it. You might want to use a more reputable glass company. They did not put in an OEM glass either. read more

TRASH! I schedule an appointment with this establishment and they didn't fulfill their commitment to provide me with a windshield. One I'd be paying for! It is not like they are giving them away. I dropped my vehicle off just before my 9:00 AM appointment time. When I returned around 10:30 AM I notice my vehicle had been moved, but my windshield hadn't been replaced. They basically put the windshield that was meant for my vehicle in another one! Again... TRASH! I wish I could take back my recommendations to this place. Needless to say I want be back. read more

Service was great. Price was great. What else can I say? This place is a hidden treasure. I had to get my driver's side window - on a Mercedes - replaced after a break-in (headache). I called four other shops in the area for quotes and a time estimate. Everyone's price was higher, and their time for install was three days. These guys gave me a below market estimate, ordered the glass (same day), and installed it (same day). Three words: A Maze Ing! read more

Ugh! I had a small crack in my windshield. Took it here and it took them 15 minutes. I paid $49 bucks! Got my car back and still see the crack! What a waste of time and money! Please beware! They got me for 217.00. My windshield was replaced on 04/15/2019 and shattered 05/05/2019. I talked to the manager on 05/07/2019 and he told me the warranty do not cover the time frame or shattered windshield. I reminded the manger that there wasn't any damage made to the windshield it just shattered. The car was not touched, moved or tampered with. It shattered as I was getting into another vehicle. I also sent pictures of the shattered windshield to the office clerk and the window tech. The manager never attempt to do a fact finding as to if the tech who replaced the window replaced it with a used window from the junk yard, used bad glue or just didn't do the job correctly. I am so disappointed. I am a single mom and out of 217.00. This is exactly why mom and pop shops are going out of business. However, I also sent a complaint to the Better Business Burro. Please beware! Before you give this company any money, ask if they are using car manufacture glue and are they using new or used windshield. I give this company a big fat 0 and a F for failure to care for their customer. read more
