When I ask for a time frame that I can expect someone to show up I am told it will be after 1pm. It would have been nice to have at least received a call saying there was a problem and the tech would be late, but no. I had to call to get any information at all. A little later I do get a call and am told that it will now be between 4 & 5pm before the tech will show up and am offered to take something off the price for the inconvenience, I say that would be nice. Tech arrives at 4 and has windshield in by 4:30 then I am charged the full price for the job. The tech gets a "C" because he did not bother to contact to let me know he would be late, but the company gets a BIG "F" for some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I called them up Safe Life Auto and they said they would send their roadside assistance to come to my house fix or replace the window since it is covered under the insurance I decided that I would just replaced the whole window. But I wanted to go to there on-site place since that's just my preference. I set up an appointment which was pretty quick they got me in when I got there it was a smooth check in I decided to wait in there waiting room and within an hour they had the window completely removed and fixed with a new window. At this point I have no problems with the window it looks totally brand new and I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any photos but the place was clean and they had some water and coffee in there waiting room.

Now I'm the one stuck dealing with it while they refuse to stand behind their work. It's extremely disappointing to trust a company with your vehicle and then get zero accountability when something goes wrong. If you're considering Safelite, just understand: once they're done and paid, don't expect them to help you if there's an issue later.
