Their home decor selection is incredible, with strong candles, unique ornaments, decorative baskets, artistic planters and vases, gorgeous picture frames, distinctive lamps, high-quality rugs, cozy blankets in adorable patterns and textures, and stylish furniture including couches, accent chairs, shelving, coffee tables, and outdoor patio furniture. The kitchen department is huge. They carry everything from silverware, aprons, jars, salt and pepper shakers, and handy kitchen gadgets to Mason Cash bakeware and other charming cookware that you don't see everywhere else. They also have a fantastic bath section with soaps, bath products, hair accessories, and more including sunglasses, keychains, clothing like robes, blouses, and dresses, plus an impressive selection of gift wrap, greeting cards, and seasonal items. The grocery section was one of my favorite parts. They stock specialty jams, local honeys, candies and cookies from around the world, pasta sauces, crackers, drinks, and even several aisles dedicated to Asian grocery items, making it feel much more interesting than a typical home store. I ended up leaving with a horse-shaped planter, clearance candles, a bathroom rug, genuine quartz crystal string lights, decorative picture frames, a cookbook, a travel tea infuser cup, those nostalgic glow-in-the-dark ceiling stars, and an Olipop. They also do a great job keeping up with current trends. There were plenty of Hello Kitty, strawberry, mushroom, and other popular themed items mixed throughout the store without feeling overdone. Clearance items are scattered throughout the store, which makes it fun to hunt for unexpected deals. While some things are a little pricey, I think the quality justifies it, and much of it is still reasonably affordable. This would be an amazing place to shop for upscale dorm decor, housewarming gifts, holiday shopping, or simply to treat yourself to something you won't find in most big-box stores. It's also just a really fun place to wander around with friends. My only criticism is that some items weren't labeled with prices, or the price tags weren't always nearby. They do a lot of semi-custom and custom work for bathrooms, kitchens, etc., and we almost overlooked it because we were not in the mood for getting taken for a ride. I am glad we gave them a shot because they have excellent products all made in America at very reasonable prices. We told him the dimensions for the space that we wanted our vanity in and he straight up drew a design right in front of us. As a test, we got a quote from W. Stephens for the vanity and then turned around and asked Lowe's the make the same thing. Number one, they couldn't make exactly what we wanted and number 2, they were not cheaper (maybe by a hundred or so dollars but the materials they were using were not as high quality). I would strongly recommend that you drop by W. Stephens. He does business all over the country but he is never too busy to service anyone who needs it. We only needed a vanity this time, but, because of his great service, we are definitely using him for our kitchen remodel. Just remember, there is quite a bit of assembly once you get your cabinets. Be prepared. Sidenote: This place had plenty of people that have engineering and architecture degrees. And if they can't do it for you, they have a specialist nearby who can step in and help you with any design advice.

In fact, the sales team pointed us to some other options being remnants which provided some cost savings. We were surprised with the quote being lower than what our neighbors and friends suggested our price would be based on their experience with other companies. Once we selected our Quartz, we were given a number of options with cuts and edging which were included in the low price. In only a couple weeks we had a team of workers arrive at our home to not only install our Quartz but also removed our old countertops and sink. We could not be happier with the install along with the pricing we received. Excellent company who does NOT price gouge but rather tries to pass on savings and still provides excellent work and craftsmanship. Ty and I highly recommend!

Fast forward months later I decided to call and speak to a manager to give one more chance vs. giving a negative review. The assistant manager immediately involved the manager. The were all in contact multiple times with us. They actually involved the cabinet representative and scheduled a trip to my home to go over my concerns. They are standing behind their product, well them and the cabinet manufacturer. Yes, there are a few things I believe I should have been refunded or gotten some kind of credit for, because due to misinformation, I am now out well over $500 that was unplanned. I believe some of that could have been handled way better, but overall am still pretty impressed with how it was handled. Would definitely recommend them and am absolutely considering them for when I start the remainder of our home remodel.
