The start date came and went, no show. Next day no show. Called the company and was told they needed to limbs to be trimmed. I told the lady what was said and was told she didn't know why they would say that. Me either I thought. I then began the fight with the electric company. Once the electric company came, They cut the trees down to the trunks. We could handle that alone but there was one tree we couldn't do. Too tall. Asked for a new estimate just for the one tree and the excuses began. They wanted the job when it was a $4000 job. Not interested in a cheaper one. Kept waiting and waiting for someone to come out. Then was told it would be a month wait after the estimate. Funny how they were ready to jump on the job when they were getting a larger amount of money. Oh and if you are not ready to be preached at, don't call. The first guy tried to convert me at the end of the estimate.

Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. SPS mows my lawn perfectly it is not too tall or too short they do it just right EVERY TIME. This company knows what they are doing. Last year regrettably I hired a company who's landscape work was too aggressive and it never failed they would cut the grass way too short and did a horrible job edging. It pissed me off to look at my lawn back then but now Thank goodness for SPS. I pull into my driveway and right away notice the clean mowed lines and the perfect edge work. Napier's was our third quote. My wife and I were around 10 min late meeting the rep at our house. While waiting for us, he went up on the roof, checked everything out, measured everything out, and had the quote ready. He spent maybe 15 minutes going through everything and the quote was around $4k less than the next cheapest quote we'd received. We appreciated his no nonsense, no BS approach and signed on the spot! The new roof was installed the following week while we were at work & we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job on both install and cleanup. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was that they came into her yard to clean up, too!
