He suggested we sell our home under value. He brought us a cash offer from a buyer he represented. The buyer never transferred the money at closing. In addition we found out that Matthew and his escrow company never attained our agreed upon earnest money per the contract. I was out of a rent and mortgage payment for 1 month. We fired Matthew and went with a traditional relator. Our house sold in 4 days and for 20K more than what Matthew suggested we list it for. Oh...and it was a legit deal. I was given nothing but excuses and lies after lies from Matthew for 11 days after we didn't close. Beware of his family and Catholic values with his St. Christopher speech. It is amazing people like this can do business like this and wake up each day and look in the mirror. Matthew Freklin should not have a real estate license. Pay now or pay later.
