Catherine D contacted me today and I have reached the conclusion one star is too high for this company. She came off as a belittling and untruthful person. Our agent didn't due his…read moredue diligence and after 5 months they broke their lease after we payed our agent over 4k as a referral fee and then not only did we lose that money but when we reached out to the broker to get this back since the tenant broke their lease and they were on AZ's public list of not paying rent since it was a business they never responded. Now I'm asking for invoices of the bills I spent and the accounting dept said they wouldn't help us b/c we aren't customers. Really. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
