Since there was no social media, businesses relied on advertising or referrals. Nowadays, if a business or company does wrong, it goes viral--especially on Google and Yelp. Wall Street HOA Management doesn't care about reviews, ratings, or even their clients and customers. They handled our HOA for three years and ripped us off completely. They never paid our utilities on time--always past due, always late fees. They failed to pay our master insurance policy and didn't care if it expired. Wall Street also missed our tax filing deadlines but still charged us. I could easily take them to small claims court, but it's not worth my time.
