As I purchased the property using Glen Oaks Escrow approximately 7 years ago, I was then satisfied with the job they did. On sale, it was another matter, I felt that they just acted as a charging station and charged all kinds of fees without an explanation. In my opinion they were very sympathetic to the HOA and paid ridiculous charges without offering me the ability to avoid those charges, or even informing me that they were coming. I will not use this escrow company again and I informed the real estate agent, who happens to be superb, of this fact. Their communication may have been with the agent, etc., but I was stunned when I received the final settlement proposal. I would seek out a different escrow company when talking to your agent. read more

Amazing staff with a quick, easy, and efficient process: This staff made closing on our home(first home by the way) so easy. Their team handled everything! All I had to do was sign documents online. The communication was excellent. I received almost daily emails from them with easy instructions. They kept me updated on what was happening. If there was a snag in the process, they notified me immediately and got it fixed with no attitude. They even sent a notary to my home when I couldn't make it to them! Everyone says that buying a home is stressful but I didn't feel that way at all. This was the easiest process ever. If it was hard on their end, they never made me aware and our seller consistently changed the closing date. Overall smooth process. I would definitely recommend them!! read more
