Michael looked at it and said that he could fix it then and there. 15 minutes later it was done. When I asked him how much I owed him he said no charge. No charge - I was shocked. His reasoning was that I had driven a little way to get there and that it was his lunchtime. Even if I had paid I would be writing this review. From the first moment of our phone conversation to the time I waved goodbye, Michael's friendly and helpful tone is the kind of business I want to support.

Fast forward two years - our new Accord lost a fight with a parked truck....they came over within hours to look at the damage and send an estimate to my insurance company the same day. Two days later, the insurance adjuster agreed with the estimate and I had a check two days after that. A week later, my car is good as new - fabulous work, wonderful customer service, great staff! I would prefer to just refer friends and family to them in the future - but if I need body work, they are my choice hands-down!

It turned out I had a "severe leak in the heater core". It just happened the dealership had a Toyota Sienna mini van on the lot that had just been traded in. Since the service department was not open until Monday morning, I walked into the new car show room and spoke with a young man who was happy to guide me through getting back on the road that very day. I left my ford freestar for repairs and was given a loaner and all the information I needed to purchase the aforementioned pre owned Toyota van with fewer miles. after picking up my jeep my wife got stranded 40 minutes from home, it would not start, they never…read moretightened the battery terminal. But worst of all I took picture of the speedometer when I dropped it off and also when I picked it up, the mileage was the exact same even though they charged for an alignment and a half hour travel time. When I asked where it was done at, they named a place, well that would have put about 8 to 9 miles on it. When I told them about the pictures I took all they did was look like a deer in the headlights. Don't trust them.
