I didn't think I would write a review for the Police Depo but here we are. I had a car accident and…read morehad a poor experience with the officers. What went not well was their demeanor, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication skills. We are all in the middle of the street and I was told to get out the street because if I get hit by a drunk driver right now they will not be held responsible. Excuse me? It was a surprising remark because their vehicles surrounded my car and there were multiple officers standing around in the middle of the street chatting nonchalantly like it's just another day. Your other officer just told me to hurry and go get my belongings that were in the middle of the street because they are towing your car right now and that I will need to get off the street now. Me questioning him saying "who is the tow company that is here trying to tow my car without speaking to me at all. I did not order them. I need to contact my own tow first" police offer gives me a snarky look and says 'are you listening to me?" Um yes I AM and I'm saying who is towing my car?!explain to me what's going on. Because what I'm seeing is that this tow guy that's been waiting around anticipating this accident rolls by, hooks his tow to my car and proceeds the lift. Anyone want to inform me what is happening? I didn't order this tow, and there were still things that needed to be collected by me like I need to get license plates. I need to grab my belongings from my car! Never have I ever experienced such rude officers. In previous experiences, officers have been so kind and asked me several times if I got license plates, did you exchange insurance info already?" What is with all the aggressive ordering around and gaslighting. They don't like when you ask questions it seems and if you in the slightest question them they take it as a form of resistance which they do not like. I am allowed to know what is going on because I'm a person that's involved. I'm allowed to ask questions too. What's with all the attitude and ego with these officers?! I say I need to go take photos of the accident. Cop replies: I got them already. I tell him 'no I need my own photos so I can send them to my insurance. (I never got these photos from them by the way) ' he looks at me snarky and offended and told me 'be quick because they're towing it right now' Short Officer with brown mustache also needs an attitude check as he was barking orders left and right, "I need your license.", gives it back to me with one finger and has a face like he doesn't want to give my license back to me but has to. I'm not saying the whole department is this way but the officers at the scene were aggressive at the beginning, barked orders around, and I can sense just from their presence/ attitudes that these officers are the types to escalate things and blow things way out of proportion unnecessarily, unethically, and aggressively. These are power tripping officers that act tough and protect their own. I felt super uneasy with these officers which shouldn't be the case at all.

My boyfriend lives in LA in the Harvard Heights area and every time I'm at his house I turn on the citizen app and I'm shocked at how much crime is happening at any instance there. Whenever I'm at home I open my Citizen app for fun and it's always so safe and quiet here. I feel like our police department is a huge reason for that. Even being in high school I was also really proud to be living in such a great city. Every interaction I've ever had with officers has always been very respectful to me. I hope it always remains this way I know not everyone has this experience, but this is just mine. Keep up the good work everyone that is protecting and serving. I truly appreciate you guys!

I've been eating at Cafe Bravo since 2000, so that makes me a loyal customer for over 26 years. 2. Throughout the last 26 years, i've witnessed this business relocate, remodel and renovate, but the food quality has never changed. 3. Their chicken kabob plate and beef plate are my go-tos and they are absolutely delicious! Your mouth will know what I mean the minute your order your plate. 4. After growing up in LA my entire life, I've finally moved up north over 10 years ago and everytime I visit LA -- i stop by all the must eat restaurants and Cafe Bravo is definitely included in that list. Take a look at this beautiful spread! For under $15.00

I love the food at Cafe Bravo but the service has got to improve. Every time I send someone here…read morethey come back and tell me the staff was rude or seemed upset. And I have to say "yeah that'll happen." I came in recently and waited maybe ten minutes in line behind one single person who was nit picking over getting over charge or something. People who I know work here walked around at a very leisurely pace while I waited in line. Burning minutes of my precious 30in lunch break. Any one of these people could've hopped on the second register to help me but no one did. Even an older gentleman who I suspect is an owner. Went behind the counter several times to put kabobs on the grill for him and some friends but couldn't stop for two minutes to take my order. If I can't trust you guys to take my order in a timely manner, why am I spending my hard earned money at your establishment when I have very little time to eat my lunch to begin with? Get it together.

There's nothing fancy there but since it's there might as well walk through. But along the main strip, they do have a good amount of restaurants, bakery and quick and easy dining. Not to mentioned some shopping along the way. We came for dinner with some friends which I didn't even know that that had a night market happening. I was told that it goes on during The weekend. It's nothing to fancy just a few vendors with homemade gifts and a few food stalls. It's a good way to showcase your business as it right along the strip where the movie theatre and restaurants are. I've also been to a Yelp event just along here which was fun. Downtown Burbank isn't crazy but it does pack a lot into it. With Finney's, Yardhouse, Granville to name a few of the bigger chain restaurants. You have the movie theatre, more restaurants and shopping along the strip. Then there's the mall at the corner. It's a few block radius which isn't too big but all packed in together. Also loads of sushi restaurants which I love. Plenty of parking at one of the many parking structures. There's street parking if you get lucky.

Plenty of…read moreplaces to kill a little time, whether that be for clothes (Old Navy, Macy's, Ross), food (Panda, Silver Lake Ramen, Finney's Crafthouse), movies (an incredible 3 AMC's here) or just walking around to people watch. My wife and I have the AMC A List and so we're here at least twice a week, most weekends. I like that the area has an indoor mall portion as well as an outdoor section, and that there's businesses up and down the street as well. It gives you a ton of options for new things to try and places to get lost in every time you come. The area is walkable, and despite the best efforts of the city, free parking is still (mostly) available to the public. Hopefully, they keep it that way...I've gone with 4 stars because the city is now charging for some parking in the area, which I think puts a lot of extra pressure on the already-crowded free garages, and discourages business. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite places to be most weekends :)

So far, great experience even though it was during rush hour breakfast / brunch on a Saturday. 15-20 minute wait host was accurate about. We sat down and were handed menus to look over then a waiter (Charles) came to the table reasonable amount of time for us to look and decide what we wanted. He helped guide us and helped us choose what was tasty. He wasn't wrong! Eggs Benedict were top notch, the pancakes were amazing and moist, my partner had shrimp and crawfish omelette that he suggested, and it was amazing! He was at tentative but at the same time, not too much. The food came out very quickly. The temperature was perfect and it was her first time here and we had such a great experience. I just don't understand how people review places with a one star when there's only one thing that's wrong with the establishment and that could be fixed if you send back your food for them to fix. Love this place. I will be back!

They weren't as hot and fresh as you'd expect, and they tasted less like crispy succulent crab and more like a fishy mince. I only ate about 1/3 of one of them before I gave up and pilfered from my partner's plate. A few hours later (after eating nothing else all day) I became violently ill at both ends for a good 6 hours. Do not get the crab cakes!!!
