Here is the description of the arrangement I ordered: Gerbera Daisies, Astroemeria, and Roses Arranged in a Pink Vase. When, I received the arrangement, the vase was the only item that was not substituted. My arrangement ended up having a lilly, carnations, tulips, and spray roses. I understand the need to substitute from time to time but, not having a single flower listed in the description is highly disappointing. My best recommendation is to not shop through their website maybe, go to their store if you insist on buying from this company. That way you can ensure you get what you order. read more

This place was great- worked with me with a delivery order for my sister in law. They did same day service.. let me alter one of their gorgeous arrangement a bit for her taste AND notified me when there wasn't an answer at the door (flowers were a surprise!). All of the staff was very kind and helpful and were sweet enough to go BACK to my sister in laws house again later again that same day to deliver and ensure the flowers made it to her and not sitting wilted outside. Jeff and I met with Christine to discuss our flower ideas and when she put together an example for us that day, we were hooked. We really went in with our color scheme and a picture of my dress and Christine was able to put something together that was perfect for us. We did a few vases for specialty tables and all of the bridal party and family flowers but to save money we did not have flowers in our centerpieces. This is the place to get your flowers every body. I like to shop & dine local business only. So we always try the little shops . This wonderful place is in downtown Historic Glendale on 58th drive & myrtle . It's small but very friendly , products is very nice also. She can make you simple designs or very fancy ones . Ordered flowers from out of state for Mother's Day. Specifically asked for no Carnations and gave an example of what I wanted on their website. Paid $90+. Well I got a thank you from the person who received them. I asked what flowers they put in and low and behold CARNATIONS! Also, nothing even close to what was on the website. I made a call to complain. Sandy, was very apologetic and I requested to make the transaction right. Requested a refund which Sandy, agreed. Owner Christine never called me to take care of it. Basically, got blown off. I suggest if using a florist in the Glendale area be aware of what exactly you are ordering. I feel taken advantage of being an out of town customer. read more

Choose a better florist. My experience was not good. The arrangements are skimpy, even with the $$ upgrade. The arrangements will NOT look anything like the picture. BUT, if you are unhappy, they "will gladly go pick up the arrangement and refund your money". Like the review below, I am dissatisfied with what was paid for and what was sent. Glendale Flowers is the absolute best florist EVER. I was looking for some VERY specific flowers for a friends wedding. I had called several other florists to request peonies, every time I was told they were impossible to get. I even asked the florist to provide suggestions on alternate similar flowers with no help and no suggestions. After a little internet research and the name of the alternate flower in hand I called Glendale flowers. I explained my challenge and what I really wanted (peonies) and what I would settle for (Ranunculus) plus some specialty roses. And to top it off I needed them TODAY. They asked me if they could do some research and call me back. When they called me back they had not only found the peonies, they even found them in my prefered color. They also ordered the ranunculus and the roses I wanted and could have them in 2 hours. These ladies were so kind, understanding helpful and AMAZING!
