I actually found Payne and Morrison through Yelp because of the great reviews. They also have a 10% off for checking in on here so that's stellar too! I was looking for a local and close to me florist to create a last minute bouquet with roses. Tracey helped when I walked in and asked about my request. She was great to collaborate with on style, ideas, and putting together "the look" of what it would be before we created it. I ended up not going for the bouquet because it was out of my budget, but I can't say enough about her customer service and willingness to fulfill a last minute request. The shop had a lovely variety of flowers. They had fudge at the counter to buy (I was definitely craving it too), and lots of balloons, stuffies (little bears and cute things) to gift to folks. Was sweet. I'd recommend giving them a try. This florist is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's absolutely breathtaking and others is like today. My sons prom is this eve. I emailed and spoke on the phone with them regarding my order. I specifically said no spray roses and sent them not only a Pic of what the kids wanted, but pics of her dress. I went to pick up the flowers at the smoke shop, yes a smoke shop. Only to get a corsage and boutonniere that are made from browing spray roses, they dont even match each other, and look nothing like the picture. I asked for a refund and was initially told theyd only do half. Um no. I paid $81 for what? Now they said theyd refund all of it but $25 for the bling. And she wasnt charging me a delivery fee. What? What delivery fee?! Never again. This used to be our go to florist. read more

Stopped in for a simple floral arrangement for a coworker and wasn't disappointed. This is a good old fashioned flower shop. A couple wonderful ladies were there to assist and help me with my needs. This is a long awaited review, one that I should have written ten years ago. First of all I don't know the owner nor do I know who the owner is. This is our neighborhood flower shop, that has been in business since 1964. Whenever I have walked into this flower shop, like many flower shop, there is that wonderful smell of flowers. Their employees are always busy in creating flower arrangements in a beautiful displays for customers. I have been a customer for as long as our 28 years we have lived nearby. Their customers are always important to them, and it shows in the work they do with their flower arrangements. As any flower shop in the Valley, they are always prepared for any special holiday or special occasions. I happen to order some flowers for Mother's Day, and my wife was so happy with the beautiful flower arrangement. As far as the flower display, I must say their effort was extraordinary! Don't take my word for it, if you happen to have a need for ordering flowers try this place. You can order online, and if you happen to walk in you will get a discount by doing a check in with your Yelp app, just make sure you let them know. Their place used to be in a larger place, and I am pretty that they had to downsize over the years but, even so they have an excellent flower business. This florist has always came through for my family durning difficult times. They first did my flowers for my dad's funeral a few years ago and they were so beautiful. Just this last weekend they did flowers for my grandpa's funeral. They did a great job and they looked so pretty! We have used this florist for over 20 years and now my family won't ever be back. I called to place an order last week the week before Mother's Day. My daughter was having her senior prom on Saturday before Mother's Day. When my mother went into the shop on Saturday to pick up the order of a wrist corsage it was not ready and they had no clue of what the order was! Tracy took my order on Thursday just a couple days prior! When I called on Monday the owner kept telling me she didn't understand why I was calling. She kept saying we dropped everything to make your order it's our busiest holiday ever Mother's Day! I'm sorry I don't give a damn my mom should have never been charged for a corsage and boutonniere full price! You have awful customer service I will tell everyone I know not to do business here! I love this family owned family run flower shop. I will never buy flowers anywhere else. My boss's birthday table was covered with arrangements and after a few days she had to throw many away due to dying flowers. They were from big name places and they died first. Unimpressed. This is the second time I've gotten an arrangement here and both times I've been disappointed. I only went back because I thought I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves but was let down once again. I must say I am so pleased with this place. My Valentine's day surprise was ruined by another major company they failed to deliver or call me so here I sat on Valentines day waiting for my surprise to show. My anniversary was on the twentieth and I work out of town. I had used this florist while dating my wife but could not remember there name I finally remembered and the call was placed. After telling them my experience last week they said no problem and today my wife received it on time and what a beautiful job they did on the arrangement. FABULOUS SERVICE! I ordered my daughter a bouquet for her 21st birthday. They sent me a text picture of the bouquet before it was delivered, assuring me I'd gotten what I paid for....nice. They were UNable to reach me right away (and didn't have my daughter's personal information), but three hours later, just before closing, we connected. First I saw at least 4 people working, with 1 helping another customer. I stood there quite a while before the girl helping asked someone if they could help me. I ordered 15 individually wrapped carnations for each nurse I work with. They brought them out, standing upright in a big box, so the flowers looked nice at a glance. When I got to work to hand them out - 1/2 of the flowers were shriveled, edges brown and 2 of them looked like they belonged in the garbage. I was completely embarrassed. I lived in that neighborhood for years and used them all the time, but I will never go back again. I initially selected this florist because they were the only one in the area that had an online order system which was straightforward and easy to use. I ordered a dozen roses and hoped they were nice since you never really know what they'll look like in real life. Well, the recipient called me in tears of joy. She could not believe how big and gorgeous the roses were. She texted me a few pictures and this was without a doubt the biggest and best bouquet of roses I've ever seen.
