    Bought flowers to be delivered for our daughters birthday, premium size, $100. The flowers she received looked like supermarket flowers and nothing like the photo from there website. Super disappointed. I could have gone to supermarket and bought this arrangement.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentine's Day and they looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. I have ordered from Anne's Flowers many times and have never had an issue. But this time I was highly disappointed. I had no problem spending the amount of money I did because I've never had an issue. But I will be hesitant from here on out placing anymore orders. It looked so carelessly thrown together in a vase.

    What I ordered vs. what I got!

    I would give Anne's Flowers ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered the Sweetly Scented Pinks bouquet from them for my girlfriends' birthday because she loves pink tulips and roses. The bouquet says "an abundance of pink roses, spray roses, tulips" and to be sure it looked great i paid $20 extra for the Premium level of flowers. I had them delivered but was shocked to see it was $100 delivery fee but I paid it because the flowers looked so perfect. What was left on my front door was only filler flowers. NO ROSES. NO TULIPS. NOT ONE OF EITHER!! Only carnations and two daisies! I called them instantly and left a message and emailed them photos. I continued to email them for 7 days without a single call back or response at all. Finally on the 8th day I got a hold of a lady who didnt care and argued with me that there was a rose in it. I told her to look at the photos and she didnt care. I told her that the flowers were filler flowers and she said that was their right to change out flowers. I read her own policy back to her that they had to replace flowers of the same caliber or better and she just laughed. I paid over $220 for these flowers, and I asked for a full refund. She said she had to drive very far to deliver the flowers like that was an excuse or something. I said I paid $100 for you to drive to gilbert which is in your delivery range so that doesn't matter. She finally said she would give me a $50 credit. I said that was not good enough. She said that was all they would do so I said I would file fraud with my bank and leave a negative review and she said go ahead. This company DOES NOT CARE and they will take your money and give you almost nothing. If you google their positive reviews you can find them on other sites for other flower companies. I wanted to use a local shop but you will get much better flowers at Safeway then with them. I hope they go out of business! My bank agreed with the evidence and credited me back my money but my GF's bday flowers were still a mess. Don't walk... RUN away from this store!

    Red Anthurium Plant (Standard)

    I bought a plant for my friend's housewarming. Buying plants or flowers online always sketch me out since you don't get to see the actual product that will be delivered. The gift was delivered to my friend today, and it is absolutely gorgeous!! Blown away by the quality. So glad I found this place and I will use Anne's again!

    Looked good for a couple of days... I received a bouquet of red roses for our 13th anniversary - too bad they can't count and only sent 12 roses when 13 were ordered. The roses looked good the first day, and soon died. Customer service was non-existent... there are MUCH better options out there.

    I called Anne's Flower shop & spoke to John to complain about my arrangement dying off on Monday 4/14.  This was my replacement

    I posted some pics 1-3 of the original arrangement received 4/10/14 for my anniversary and what it looked like on 4/15 after 6 of them died off and the replacement flowers that came 4/15/14. I called Anne's flower shop on Monday 4/14 to complain about the arrangement and they sent replacement flowers today (pic 3). My husband spent $60 and overall was not happy with my experience. I recommend that if anyone orders from this place proceed with caution. I appreciate that John tried to make it right but would have preferred to get an arrangement that was worth the money and lived much longer. Carnations I buy from Albertsons and Fresh & Easy live at least 2 weeks.

He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.
