I contacted Anne's for a memorial service bouquet and i selected the "Among the Stars, id #UFN1151. The service was designed as a "celebration of life" and the colors in the bouquet were bright and the tupes of flowers beautiful. When I spoke with the son of the deceased, he said the arrangement was beautiful. He received several comments from other attendees regarding their beauty. I spoke with Augie at Anne's when I made the purchase and he was very helpful, pleasant, patient and accommodating. Because of Augie and the resulting compliments of the bouquet, I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly use them again. (I found the price to be better than some, places, but overall comparable to others.) read more

Pathetic excuse of a company. Worst service I have ever received by far. I placed an order for a bouquet to get delivered on Valentine's Day and paid $100 for delivery fee. My girlfriend calls and says she got no flowers. I called the company and said the $100 fee is supposed to discourage people and they say they don't deliver out there. Why is it even an option??? I accepted the fee. Don't even make it an option. Unbelievably horrible experience. I was willing to pay a $100 fee to make it a special day for my girl and this company completely ruined it. I would give Anne's Flowers ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered the Sweetly Scented Pinks bouquet from them for my girlfriends' birthday because she loves pink tulips and roses. The bouquet says "an abundance of pink roses, spray roses, tulips" and to be sure it looked great i paid $20 extra for the Premium level of flowers. I had them delivered but was shocked to see it was $100 delivery fee but I paid it because the flowers looked so perfect. What was left on my front door was only filler flowers. NO ROSES. NO TULIPS. NOT ONE OF EITHER!! Only carnations and two daisies! I called them instantly and left a message and emailed them photos. I continued to email them for 7 days without a single call back or response at all. Finally on the 8th day I got a hold of a lady who didnt care and argued with me that there was a rose in it. I told her to look at the photos and she didnt care. I told her that the flowers were filler flowers and she said that was their right to change out flowers. I read her own policy back to her that they had to replace flowers of the same caliber or better and she just laughed. I paid over $220 for these flowers, and I asked for a full refund. She said she had to drive very far to deliver the flowers like that was an excuse or something. I said I paid $100 for you to drive to gilbert which is in your delivery range so that doesn't matter. She finally said she would give me a $50 credit. I said that was not good enough. She said that was all they would do so I said I would file fraud with my bank and leave a negative review and she said go ahead. This company DOES NOT CARE and they will take your money and give you almost nothing. If you google their positive reviews you can find them on other sites for other flower companies. I wanted to use a local shop but you will get much better flowers at Safeway then with them. I hope they go out of business! My bank agreed with the evidence and credited me back my money but my GF's bday flowers were still a mess. Don't walk... RUN away from this store! read more

So, I honked at him to let him know that I was near and he started honking back and at me yelling with hand gestures! He had no signals on! What the heck! You guys need to assess this old man and remove his road rage butt off the road. He was driving a brand new van, very brand new with no plates yet, with "Anne's Flowers" written on the side of this van - what a shame! Maybe the van is too big for him to handle. read more

Very disorganized. I made an order on a Monday, with a delivery date of Tues. Literally never came. I called in the next day, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Had to call me back, and literally said, "I guess your order just didn't print, so we never made it. I'll make it really pretty for you. Thank you for understanding." Literally I said NOTHING. I never remember being understanding. Last time I checked, you are in the business of taking an order and making it, and delivering it on the day you dictate. The flowers were fine, but for the money, go somewhere else. Value isn't there. Nor is customer service, or organization. I spend $90 on some assorted daisy's, roses, etc. My wife was happy based on the gesture. Def. not excited about the item itself. Very sad when there are so many other choices. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the money, nor aggravation. The follow through is awful, and value is minimal. You can do so much better. Also, when the flowers arrived, the card was literally crumbled. For sure know who we WONT be using to send flowers. While I understand that Valentine's Day is busy and they probably get a million calls, whoever happened to be on phones today was RUDE. So rude. Rude to me when I called just to see if they were done delivering as I hadn't received my order yet, and even worse when my husband called (he didn't realize I had also called) and the guy said "yeah your girlfriend just called it should be there pretty soon" and hung up on him. The order was made this morning and here I am at 5:00, an hour after we have both spoken to the shop and having received an email that my order was delivered, no order. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday today. I don't live in the Phoenix area, so I looked at several websites, settling on Anne's Flowers because the arrangement was so pretty. What she received barely looked like the photo after they were finally delivered, later in the afternoon. I paid $70.95. The bouquet included six pink (wilted) roses, and 4/5 full white flowers in a green glass container. The photo showed miniature white/yellow daisies, 8/9 full white flowers, 4 fresh large pink roses, 9 smaller darker pink sweetheart roses, and a white ceramic container. Not even close. '0' 's. Very disappointed and embarrassed. Purchased wrist corsage for my son's prom date. At $35.00 you expect something nice. My husband picked up the very small wrist corsage which had very small roses. At the prom my son informed me that all of the flowers were falling out. How embarrassing. Would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I posted some pics 1-3 of the original arrangement received 4/10/14 for my anniversary and what it looked like on 4/15 after 6 of them died off and the replacement flowers that came 4/15/14. I called Anne's flower shop on Monday 4/14 to complain about the arrangement and they sent replacement flowers today (pic 3). My husband spent $60 and overall was not happy with my experience. I recommend that if anyone orders from this place proceed with caution. I appreciate that John tried to make it right but would have preferred to get an arrangement that was worth the money and lived much longer. Carnations I buy from Albertsons and Fresh & Easy live at least 2 weeks. read more

I ordered a beautiful pink arrangement with peonies and lilies for my mother in law on Mother's Day. What was delivered was "faded yellow roses with some white stuff." The note and balloon were correct, so clearly it wasn't a mix up. When I called to ask what happened, the man on the phone said, "oh well, you know, we have a lot of new people here and somebody must have put the wrong note on the wrong flowers". I explained that in our family, yellow roses are the epitome of tacky, requiring no forethought or effort. They could have chosen literally anything else and been ok. Also, generally when a substitution is made, the customer is notified. He told me again about the new people and how mistakes are made, etc. Then he said, what do you expect me to do about it? Not, "how do we make it right" or "How can I fix it" just attitude as if nothing was wrong. I really prefer to support a local business, but the arrangements my husband sent via mail order to our daughters were fresher and exactly what we ordered! I love ordering flowers from Anne's! I got a beautiful arrangement that I ordered online. The website was updated when I ordered the flowers and was very easy to use. The flowers were delivered right to the hospital my family friend was staying at by a delivery man who she said was very friendly. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they lasted a week and a half before looking any different!! Definitely not like cheap flowers from a grocery store. We recently sent flowers for a loved ones funeral that we were unable to attend. We do not live in the area so we conducted all of our business over the phone and through their website. They were generous and understanding of our situation and gave us a great deal on a beautiful spray (The Elegant Tribute Spray on their site). I was only able to see pictures through their website and made some slight adjustments. After the service, we received many compliments on the spray.
