Right off the bat Christian was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and equipment they sell. Christian made me feel welcome and didn't rush me at all. He asked great questions about my riding goals and terrain I hit. Most of all he worked within my budget and got me a killer deal on a Emonda SLR. It woudnt go flat but would decreas. I chalked it up to the barometric pressure. Then finally it went. I procrastinated. Until yesterday went and got a new tube same I got one block away and POP! Called the owner said might be something small in the tire. Brought back today she looked at it for me(awesome) Come to find out a piece of metal was sticky out of the tire. A supposably a new tire 2 weeks of wear and tear would not make that happen. So, the guy charged for a new tire and gave me a used one. So, my initial $140 has increased to $172. I like their mission and their service however this time shady business

Super easy & pleasant process. Not too long later that day, Tim & Cheyenne showed up at our rental house with the bikes! (To set expectations, I believe free delivery does depend on length and duration of rental. We rented four bikes for a week.) Very nice people who really care about the experience of their customers. Case in point: During our stay, we had a visitor come, so we needed a fifth bike. After another quick text and phone call, not only did we have an extra bike that same day, but Tim on his own replaced a couple of our original bikes with newer ones that had been returned since our original delivery--a very thoughtful gesture. Note that even those older bikes rode well; they keep the bikes in good shape. Bottom line: I whole-heartedly recommend this business and would absolutely rent again from them in the future.
