A part had arrived with minor damaged so it it took a couple days to receive the replacement. They did amazing work with the assembly of my new bike regardless of the delay. Staff was very inviting and helpful. When I picked up my bike they made sure I had everything I needed before I left. They have a limited amount of accessories, but it's enough to get you started if you're new or returning to cycling like me. Will update when I have to come in for maintenance and/or repairs.

At our rental we were disappointed to find the bikes not ready for the summer season, so we called Shore Riders. Tim (and Ashley and Declan) all so friendly and helpful!! We were thrilled about delivery and loved the baskets for shopping. They provide helmets and keyed locks (much easier than combination locks) with each bike. Communication was excellent and the whole experience couldn't have been easier! We'll be calling with all our future bike needs.
