I discovered, completely by chance, a duplicate payment of over $600, where both my insurer and I paid for the same service. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the office to acknowledge the overpayment, and I ultimately had to initiate a three-way call with the insurance company to get it resolved. Even then, my refund was only $585 because I had supposedly "hit the maximum." Had I known about this earlier, I would have scheduled my son's cleaning for January instead (new policy year). I also echo the concerns others have raised about aggressive upselling. I wish I had more time to explain how I uncovered this, but in short, check your statements carefully and think twice before trusting this practice.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out everything you see is immaculately kept. Clean surfaces, newer equipment etc. The staff greets you immediately and is very professional and caring. Never once did I feel like just another patient. Shelly sat and personally talked with me about my bad experience that's kept me from going to the dentist regularly. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a deep cleaning and a full new patient work up and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mari and the staff. I specifically remember having my teeth worked on thinking "Could it be? Am I ACTUALLY fully relaxed at the dentist and having an amazing dental experience?" Mari did an exquisite job on my deep clean. Not once (no seriously) not once was I in even a small amount of pain.
