The rates are competitive with other dentists; I couldn't really tell there was much of a difference from our previous dentist. Dr. Perigo has a great personality and comes across as a genuinely good guy. He follows up with patients after major procedures personally to make sure everything is going okay. Calling in is not a bad experience either. Again, the staff is friendly, professional and competent, and are genuinely helpful. This is one of those places where the 'vibe' just feels right. You can tell the employees are happy to be there. I highly, highly recommend this place. Good people.

As several other reviews state on Yelp, this business is extremely shady in regards to billing practices. We learned through many encounters with them, that you need to keep copies of your signed treatment plans or they will change up the cost of the treatment and request more money. Despite having gone round and round with them for years with copies of our signed treatment plans, they continue to send bills. These bills aren't even itemized and they can't seem to ever describe what the amount is for. When we call the business to remedy, they "assure" us they will speak to the office manager. We are told the amount is resolved. And then we get another bill in the mail months later. This has now been going on for nearly 2 years. Sadly our family, who have been patients here for many years, have officially moved our entire family away from this practice.

As most people do, I asked if the were in my dental insurance network They replied "Yes we accept that insurance." Most dentists will also give you an estimate prior to to work being done so you know how every may be covered.. or not. They did not do this and I made the mistake of not worrying about it since they were recommended time by my husband. Turns out that accepting insurance is not the same as being in that insurance network. This is just flat out lying in my opinion. After talking with my insurance and finding out why things were not covered, I called them again like I was a new patient and asked about the insurance network. Same answer again. My co-worker had the exact same issue with them as well. If you decide to use them, be very specific about your questions and coverage and make sure you get an estimate prior to proceeding or you too will feel the joy of getting an enormous bill in the mail. **The discussion of how benefits and coverage NEVER happened and that is what led to this mess. I would have never proceeded had we been given the typical breakdown of how our coverage worked with their office, as is typical at most dental offices. I think an assumption was made that since my husband has been a customer for years that that discussion was not necessary. I made the mistake of trusting them because they my husband was a client. Big, expensive mistake. Very unhappy with their service and ethics.

If you're a busy professional who may need to make last-minute (or even 48-hour changes) to your schedule, this practice won't work for you. This is compounded by their reduced office hours -- some partial days, etc. during the week. And yet, if you have a dental emergency and try to get in at the last minute, you just can't -- or it's very difficult. Generally not very accommodating. I also I had an implant procedure that didn't go well -- the implant post fell out of my mouth after a 1 1/2-hour bone graft procedure to put it in. The reception is always extremely welcoming and so far we've been taken to the back at the exact time of our appointments. Dr. Lamb is very nice and genuinely cares about his patients well-being . Over the years I've had random dentists tell me I need all kinds of things when to be honest, I know that I have very healthy teeth. With Dr. Lamb, he knew the only two problems I had without me saying a thing and discussed a treatment plan with the cost known in advance. First part of my treatment plan was to have 2 fillings replaced that were in my last two teeth and each had a chip in them. They assumed my insurance would pay one amount and I paid another. A month later I received a call that they were reimbursing me the entire amount cause they didn't know my insurance was so amazing and covered everything! They could have easily kept that and I would have never know! Very respectable!!

Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I'd been given a clean bill of health while underlying issues persisted. My wife, a retired dental hygienist, and I decided it was time to seek out better care--and we're incredibly grateful to have found it at Corera Family Dentistry. I had previously lost a tooth and received an implant, which later became the source of infection. During my consultation, Dr. Seibold was thoughtful, thorough, and collaborative. After reviewing panoramic X-rays and consulting directly with the oral surgeon who placed the implant, he carefully considered my case. Ultimately, Dr. Seibold determined that a more specialized dentist would be best equipped to manage my unique situation and referred me accordingly. What stood out most was the time he took to personally explain everything in detail and the integrity he showed by prioritizing my health over simply keeping my case in-house. His commitment to quality patient care, professionalism, and honesty is exceptional. Dr. Seibold and Corera Family Dentistry are the kind of providers you want in your corner--and the ones I will wholeheartedly refer to others.

I found all the women staff at the front desk/ hygienists to be good at their jobs too. Unfortunately, last May I received a text cancellation within less than 24 hours (they bill customers for a cancellation less than 24 hours). I knew it wasn't right, but I moved on with my schedule until the next day when the front desk woman started texting me again saying that she could "uncancel" (yes, she made up that word) my appointment otherwise she will make my account inactive. She won't offer me any other times or dates, she forcefully wanted me to take back the appointment she canceled herself. You can't mess up and expect customers to clean up your mess. What pushed me away from this dental office was to see how this person would feel so entitled to manipulate another person's schedule on her own terms and be openly and confidently BITTER. Ultimately, I hold responsible the 2 dentists for not following with quality assurance with her. She was texting this unprofessional way to a customer of 10 years, and they didn't even have a clue. I have principles.

My dental hygienist was great, even though the reception never notified her I was there, leaving me sitting in the waiting room after everyone who checked in after me had been taken. Once in the cleaning, my hygienist tried to go get the dentist for my check up multiple times and he never came. I WAS FINALLY TOLD HE LEFT TO GO TO HIS OWN DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. I then go to check out and the reception is having to turn other people away due to the dentist NOT EVEN BEING IN THE BUILDING. During my appointment you could also hear another superior dressing down one of the dental nurses for being too friendly with her coworkers. This place has a weird vibe and zero sense of professionalism. Over the years, I have met at least three of the dentists and several hygienists, ALL I've met have been excellent. They are kind friendly people, and they do not use high pressure sales tactics trying to get you to do work you don't need. I don't believe I've ever had a delayed appointment and I've never had a negative experience. Recently, I learned that they are not going to carry my current insurance in the future, but instead of dropping me, they gave me a nine month heads up AND they are continuing the existing coverage for the balance of the year. I looked into going to another dentist once I learned of the insurance change and that experience was a nightmare. I was reminded that not all dentist offices are as well run! They also offer their own insurance plan outside of Delta dental, if needed. Better to stick with an excellent, well run office than switch to an office that has horrific customer service.
