I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Grossman and the particular dental assistant I drew, Philomena, who was involved in both of my visits. I don't think there is any other dentist in this practice, just the key man; if that's correct, it means you don't end up in the less-experienced hands of a sidekick practitioner.
