I went to this place three times for PRP treatment, and each visit was frustrating and…read moredisappointing. It takes me 45 minutes to get there, so I was really hoping for a smooth experience. On my first visit, they attempted to draw my blood but poked me five times, blew two of my veins, and ultimately sent me home, insisting they were experienced but that I must be dehydrated. On my second visit, they had a phlebotomist who was able to draw my blood on the first try, so I thought things were improving. However, when I returned for my third visit, I was told that the phlebotomist was only a temp. Once again, they poked me five times, blew a vein, and then finally refunded my money, saying I was just "too hard a poke." While I appreciate that they refunded me, the reality is that they are not trained professionals. These are estheticians, not medical experts, and anything requiring real skill is clearly beyond their capabilities. Instead of admitting they weren't equipped to handle the procedure, they kept insisting they were highly skilled and that the issue was me, which was both frustrating and offensive. I left feeling defeated--but then I went to another provider who had no trouble at all administering my PRP treatment. Two blood draws from two different people since then and no issues. Overall, this was a huge waste of time, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
