In the lease, they agreed to place and maintain monument signs which they never did. Then when our sales were continually effected, we put a banner sign up. Which helped our sales. They made us take it down and refused to put up the monument sign. Under our right to cure, we can put up the sign but signage has to be approved. So i sent a sketch for approval and gave them a check for rent which they refused to cash. THEN evicted us for nonpayment when they wouldn't cash the check. Disgusting and shady. RUN DONT WALK After posting my review, their lawyer issued a cease and desist letter to bully me into delelting my review. This company has been around two years and has NOT ONE SINGLE REVIEW, which tells me they've bullied every other bad review off their page. But people obviously have nothing good to say about them!
