I was told at the final walkthrough with leasing agent Latasha (which I fully recorded) that I would get my deposit back and apartment was in good condition. When I went back weeks later I was told again that it was lost in the mail. Then, was told I never was never supposed to get one and was sent a scam of a receipt- it was not itemized and did not include any actual costs or vendors, and it conveniently added up to the exact amount of my deposit. I also reached out after I was asked to in my previous review and never got a response at all. What they are doing is illegal according to TN law.

The maintenance person told me "tomorrow morning" the exterminator would be there- which is fine. I called Monday morning to figure out what time my appointment was going to be and the rude girl on the phone told me "oh I don't know what time, it's been handed over to a third party and I can't give you any information." Seriously?! You can't even give me an estimate about what DAY the person will be coming here to kill these poisonous, baby copperhead snakes?! I asked if I could have the company's name- so I could call and verify myself what time and date my appointment would be. Long story short- the girl on the phone was rude, unhelpful, couldn't answer a single question without putting me on hold and doesn't seem qualified to have the job she has. However- Gus is great.
