However my sweetheart's super close friend Jenny, that she went to school with for 16 years just happens to be a big shot top selling RE/MAX real estate rep in Massachusetts and she called her to get her advice before proceeding. Jenny did some checking, called Jessica and made all the arrangements for a meeting. Day one Jessica came to our home, we talked about our 26+ year history with the house, all the previous and current upgrades, about Jenny :-) and became acquainted.
