Many unique art spaces, photo studios and (maybe overly specific) shops all with highly varied hours leave this huge spot feeling eerily empty. You can walk around the entire space and literally there may be 5 or 6 places open out of 50. Uggh!!! They do have a wonderful gallery that showcases the best art from local school children and young adults which is surprisingly awesome. ALso Food Truck Thursday is pretty neat outside on the grounds (although we could seriously do without the county fair fried dough and cotton candy trucks). Social distancing enforced with divided picnic tables that are effectively wiped down between seated parties. Oh and craft beer- beer is good! Ultimately, what could really help would be hours 2 days a week where all shops were guaranteed to be open, say Thursday's and Saturday's 2-6pm and A SMALL MARKETING BUDGET for the building as a whole, standard signage on the OUTSIDE of the building letting potential customers what's INSIDE... Come on people, I know I'm not the only person who has drove past this place and thought, "What's up with that big building- is it open? what's inside? Common sense stuff could fix that issue. The potential is HUGE here because right now it's just a big boring building filled with interesting retail thats never open...

Almost 9 months later, I came back for another food truck rally this summer. Boy has this place…read moregrown! They now have 3 different outside areas packed with vendors selling food, creations, & services & it's incredible to see how much it's grown. There's still not a lot of signage though, especially inside, so it's extremely easy to get lost and confused inside the building, or even outside if you're looking for a certain vendor at the pop ups. I do wish that more consistent hours would be implemented here. When I went to this most recent food truck rally, I of course poked my head inside too to check out the shops and almost every single shop on the second floor was shut up, and a good majority in the basement as well. Nearly the entire first floor was open, and about 1/2 of the third floor. These businesses are missing out on a great opportunity! Why isn't it required for them to be open during these events? As a buyer it's disappointing, and as a local it's frustrating when you're trying to buy local yet the locals aren't taking advantage of such a great opportunity. Parking has become a bit of a nightmare during these events, which just goes to show how popular they've become, but on a regular day it's pretty easy to find parking here or right on the streets nearby.

There's typically about 20 beers on tap, and there's enough variety and familiarity - combined with flavored hard seltzer pours - to satisfy anyone's wish list for a flight. The space is comfortable, to allow conversation to flow freely among your own friends and everyone sitting near you. And don't forget about the dogs demanding your attention at this dog-friendly site. I appreciate the growing number of breweries in the Glens Falls-Lake George area, but honestly, if I'm coming to the area with friends, we'll come here first.

Minus one star for games being out of service, two bumper cars and a handful of lasertag vests broken, and they really could use lockers for storing shoes for bounce houses, purses, umbrellas etc as they just get left at the starting gates or hold onto them in the attractions.

The go-karts were fun, and the rides were generously long, but that may have had to do with the lack of crowd size despite the beautiful weather. The go-karts themselves were wildly different in top speeds, and your success on the track was based entirely on the kart you were assigned vs. any actual ability or strategy. No big deal for us, but there was, shall we say, a slightly more competitive family who were extremely annoyed by this, and were letting everyone in earshot know about it. Most of the arcade games were older and not in the greatest condition, with a few exceptions. What was oddest of all was that I found a roll of 5,000 prize tickets just sitting on top of a closed air hockey table completely unattended. I brought them back to an employee at the concession stand and there wasn't even a thank you offered. If it happens again, maybe I'll just the 5' Angry Bird. They also wouldn't honor the Yelp Check-in offer for a free game of Laser Tag. All in all, this place has seen some better days, and both boys enjoyed playing mini-golf at the place across the parking lot far more than they did playing at Adventure Family Fun Center, but you could certainly do worse if you're looking to kill a few hours with the kids.

I also had their poutine recently. I can live with the vegetarian turkey gravy, which tasted pretty good, cheese curds were OK but what's going on with these fries? Soggy, brown. Are they brown because they're fry oil is disgusting? Are they just cooking the crap out of these things. I can't imagine that's the case because they're not crispy at all and taste awful. Waiting and bar staff seem to be wonderful people- they're attentive, food comes out relatively quickly. Service is not rushed. Atmosphere in this place is pretty good though I would like to have the music turned up a little bit louder so it's just not background noise and so you can actually hear the lyrics or discern what song is being played. Music done right can be part of the experience. Right now it's just a soft rumble in the background and it just becomes an annoyance. There's literally been extensive research on music in your restaurant and bar and how loud it's supposed to be and the music selection. Why places like this pay absolutely no attention to that research is beyond me. MUSIC IS IMPORTANT! Treat it that way please. We pay good money for our club to play and missing even one game is unacceptable. Not only do they charge clubs to play there (reasonable) but they also charge each individual player on top of that..... not ok. If you use the facility in the winter, beware of their drive way and parking. They don't know how to use adequate salt/sand to keep people from sliding or getting stuck trying to leave. Needless to say, there are better places to enjoy your sports....

Instead of encouragement, you're met with indifference or rigid, uninspired expectations that make learning feel like a chore rather than an opportunity. The administration is an absolute disorganized mess. Trying to get clear answers or resolve even simple issues turns into a frustrating cycle of being passed from one office to another with no accountability. The financial aid department, in particular, has been consistently difficult to deal with--across every interaction and phone call I (and multiple family members of mine) have had, they've been rude, dismissive, and at times outright demeaning. It often feels like students are treated as inconveniences rather than people investing significant time and money into their education. On top of that, communication across the board is unreliable. Important information is either delayed, unclear, or contradictory, leaving students to figure things out on their own. Support services that are advertised as helpful rarely deliver meaningful assistance, and when problems arise, there's little sense of urgency or care in addressing them. Overall, the environment feels apathetic at best and hostile at worst, making it incredibly difficult to stay motivated or feel valued as a student

That is not at all the case. There are loud conversations by staff and visitors and no one cares to enforce the quiet rules. I even reserved a study room and there were still loud conversations I could hear through my headphones. There are also people that just come in to wait for the bus, loitering, and have this as their meeting place for many things. They sit at the tables and talk with no intention of using the library for its actual use. Even though it is a public place there needs to be better security of noise levels and using the library for its intended use. Maybe enforce group study rooms, silent rooms, private rooms, etc. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I just wish it were a quieter, peaceful environment. Great place to come in, grab a book, and leave.
