Last time I was there I had the pleasure of checking out with Vince and it was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had here. He was so aggressive, made me uncomfortable and was so disrespectful. I will never go back and it's very unfortunate since it's so close to my place but I'll save my money for somewhere else and will no longer send anyone there. Employees can make or break an experience and let me tell you, Vincent just lost Flower City many, many customers! Also their member discounts are legit nothing and never work.
