Save your time and go somewhere that has it together. Every time I've gone something wasn't working, from their checkout system to online orders to staffing. Last time I was there I had the pleasure of checking out with Vince and it was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had here. He was so aggressive, made me uncomfortable and was so disrespectful. I will never go back and it's very unfortunate since it's so close to my place but I'll save my money for somewhere else and will no longer send anyone there. Employees can make or break an experience and let me tell you, Vincent just lost Flower City many, many customers! Also their member discounts are legit nothing and never work. Go to a real dispensary and save yourself the headache this one gives you! read more

Here's why I no longer do business here: 1) $2 fee to order online ( nobody else does this) 2) New $3.50 fee to use debit card. Nobody else does this. 3) Points never seem to add up to anything. Other shops use Dutchie system and I get discounts almost every time. Not so here. Only 2 miles from my house, but I'm done with them. read more

It's always slow service. When they first opened service was better they were great super friendly. I really enjoyed it now. I feel like they're all really rude non-personable and very cold. Also, the one guy was kind of a prick when I said I was waiting for too long. Could've just apologized for the delay, but instead, he had to make a comment on how I was incorrect on the amount of time I have been waiting, I don't care if it was 10 minutes or 20 minutes. It felt like a long time to be standing around. All people want is to feel validated and instead he made me feel disrespected and like I don't really feel like going there ever again. read more
