This antiques consignment shop is located amongst several other businesses in the strip center. Parking is a little tight here. The store itself is no bigger than your average convenience store. It is well merchandised and laid out. The prices here are pretty much in line with what you would expect an antique shop to ask, although the longer it sits here, the price eventually comes down. One thing that is noticeably absent here is clothing, and there's no dressing room either. Just lots of accessories, some furniture, glassware, pictures, toys, jewelry, and numerous knickknacks. I happened to park in front of this store when visiting another business in the same plaza. I had a bit of time to kill, so I popped in to check it out. Glenna, the owner, welcomed me warmly as a first-time visitor and explained the store's discounts and games. You can tell immediately that Glenna loves what she does, which creates a joyful vibe in her store. I found a children's book I wanted to buy. It was only $1.49, but I didn't have any cash on me. I asked if I could charge it on a credit card and Glenna said yes, but apologetically explained there would be a fee of 79 cents. I said no problem, of course. Instead, Glenna thought for a moment and said, you know what? I'd like to just give you the book, as a gift! Such an unexpectedly sweet gesture. Thank you so much, Glenna! I have consigned here of 2 years and always had a good experience. Recently that changed when an item I had on consignment was assigned to another vendor and removed from my inventory. Glenna contacted the other vendor who claimed the item was theirs, which it was not. Glenna told me "I must be mistaken as she believes the other vendor". When I told her my mother-in-law stitched the item and I have a duplicate I could bring in she indicated coming in would not help as the item was not mine. I checked my emails, found an email listing that item in my inventory and left her a message to check further. I have yet to receive a response to my call. I'm very unhappy about the way I was spoken to and the lack of concern or desire to recify the situation. Would not recommend consigning with her. read more

She told us about their discounts and "finding the tiger figurine" game for an extra 5% off. What they neglected to tell the people that had never been in their store before is that they charge for use of a debit card. Sorry, I did not have an excellent buy. So, make sure you ask all the important questions: Do you guarantee a purchase from defects? How many days? will you repair the item if found not in working order? etc. Are there any warranties on electrical products as well? Buyer beware.
