If you could talk to a live person for starters. Also when leaving a message it would be great if everyone could get a call back.

Now I am not really the antique type of person, but short of writing a "retail" review, my husband and I found this place fun "entertainment.' A bit unassuming from the front door, but this place just seems to go on and on with so much simply to look at and see. A bit looking for the unexpected treasure and a bit simply entertained by looking into cases and on shelves that simply have so many things, we loved this store. The shelves and cases were not dusty and the store is clean and organized for having so much "stuff." The staff is readily available and the ambiance and lighting is bright and cheery. What a nice store! Be it killing time while wandering downtown Napa or an antique junkie and you love the hunt, I would absolutely encourage people to drop in.

My mom and I enjoyed browsing the antiques but unfortunately, our experience was made uncomfortable…read moreby one of the employees. She followed us around the store and continuously watched us as we browsed. Every room that we stepped in, she would follow closely behind and pretend that she was browsing. She never greeted us or asked if we needed help, which made it feel like we were being treated as though we were there to steal rather than simply shop. Being watched so closely the entire time made the experience feel awkward and unwelcome. I completely understand that they need to keep an eye on merchandise, but there are much friendlier ways to do that. A simple "Hi, welcome in! Let me know if you need help" would have broken the ice and made us feel like valued customers rather than suspicious people being monitored. It's unfortunate because the store itself has some really interesting things to look at, but service makes a big difference in whether you actually want to stay and browse. The other staff were lovely.

With a sale like this, prices plummet so precipitously that I end up buying oddball items like mason jars just because I want the lid for my much bigger and more useful mason jar at home. I thought I knew the store pretty well, but I was wrong. There were all sorts of little sections that I had overlooked in my previous visits. I found a little set of bins, loaded with useful supplies for some of my favorite but more obscure hobbies. I was really really impressed by the coffee table that was priced at $.85. That is correct cents. This was so unbelievable that I checked the price tags three times. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my car, it doesn't match any of my decor and it doesn't fit my spaces. Oh well There are some sections, such as the stationary area that are so reliably overstocked that I don't even bother to visit office supply stores or check out Amazon before I shop here. In fact when I wanted to measure an item, I wished I had bought a tape measure. But then it occurred to me that the overstocked stationary area would probably have lots of rulers. Problem solved. For once, I arrived early enough that I could donate. I've been diligently collecting my donations and missing the donation times for almost a year. It pays to sign up for the mailing list because they will unexpectedly shut down donations because they no longer have any storage. This has happened to me multiple times until I wised up and got the emails. I rummaged over enough stuff, lost track of time, and finally snapped out of it when my stomach told me to go home. In spite of the attractive sale,, it was not overcrowded. It was still comfortable and gave you plenty of space to look at items and try to figure out what some of the more obscure objects were. I didn't actually end up buying very much. But clearly the fun was in the treasure hunt.

My wife found two flannel shirts that are of great quality and will be warm during our chilly weather. Pricing was fair, my guess is 50% off of retail. It's a not a big shop like a Goodwill or Salvation, but it's larger the a boutique Thrift Shop. 1st room is mostly clothing, second room is books, dvds, CDs , houseware and electronics. (Very limited electronics). I did find a nice Cheese Knife Set for my Charcuterie collection Staff was super friendly. % Recommend
