Drivers are friendly and cab comes on time and takes me to any other place I need to go

I can't say enough good things about Glenn's Cabs. My driver Derwin, made sure I got to my destination safely. He reminded me to get all my belongings and I said I had them. Went to Doctors office at West Jeff and yes I left my phone in his cab. Lol. After doctors appt brought it back to me and took me home. The Cab came late, Driver 27, then we were told to avoid a long wait in line at the port building, we should get out at the convention center, and we'd be able to walk through and avoid the downpour we were in this morning 10/01/2017. So long story short, we walked through pouring rain 2 blocks. I feel like a wet bathed cat, with claws out! This morning I watched Glenn's taxi G109, attempt to run another vehicle off of the road. I called Glenn's to report it, the woman said she gets complaints on that driver all the time and there's nothing she can do about it. read more

I was trying to find a road and one of your cabs came up behind me and I guess because I wasn't driving at the speed he wanted he blew his horn. He then turned and i kept on looking for the road i needed. He then turned around and got right behind me again acting as if he was going to run me off the road. When I stopped at a stop light he pulled right up on me and laid down on the horn. Yelled out explicits etc. I then called and asked for a manager and one was not on duty. The lady I spoke with didnt want to hear my frustrations and hung up on me. I have his cab number and license plate as well. Blacked out windows. Will never recommend Glenn's cab EVER! read more

The employees are extremely rude! If I could give negative stars I would. My employee called them to request a ride for a patient. They lied about a pickup time. And when my employee called back to see how much longer it would be, the person on the phone started yelling and calling her a liar. I was there and heard the entire exchange. I called back myself, and explained I was the supervisor. I was called a liar, so I requested the manager. I was told the manager wasn't available. I requested for the manager to give me a call back, and I was laughed at and told "that would be the day". I asked for the persons name so that I could call the manager back on Monday and was told that they didn't have to give me any information. The audacity to treat customers like this is UNHEARD-OF! I would never allow my employees to treat someone like this. This "company" needs to be shut down if they allow employees to treat customers this way. It is completely rude, unprofessional, and downright DISGUSTING behavior. They will NEVER get a penny from myself or anyone I know, especially my elderly patients who need transportation. read more

Glenn's Cab has always been very good to me. On occasion it takes a while for the cab to show up, but they do not always have that many cabs out. I am not impressed with the other cab company on the Westbank, so I use Glenn's. The other caveat is not all of the driver's have had the covid vaccination. One should always ask for a driver who has had the Covid vaccine. I do not believe in herd immunity. The dispatchers have always been nice to me. Of course, I have always made it a point to be nice to them. That makes a difference. read more

Absolutely horrible. I called at 7:55 for a cab at 8:15. I came outside at 8:10 and saw a cab drive away. I figured he would call me so I waited until 8:25 and then called the company again. I was told he waited outside for 20 minutes and then I didn't answer the phone. Okay unless he teleported to my apartment that's impossible. I called 20 minutes before I wanted the cab. And the dispatcher took down the wrong number. They're sending another. I'm now waiting at 8:30 to see if I make it to the airport and based on other reviews I have a feeling I'm going to be overcharged. Will NEVER use this service again. read more

Negative 5 Stars. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The driver was sloppy. I was greeted by "You was bouta get left". The driver then proceeded with his conversation with whomever he was on the phone with. He later ends the call and turns up some extremely vulgar and offensive music. I was extremely disappointed in this poor service and I will NEVER choose their service again. I implore you all to do the same. read more

Oh my goodness, this is probably the WORST cab company I have ever dealt with. The dispatcher who answers the calls is probably one of the rudest. He/she (because I honestly couldn't tell) hung up on us mid sentence while we were trying to give our location. The man driving cab G-24 ran a stop sign at a college campus and almost hit me. He then tried to lecture me for what seemed like an eternity. He scolded me for crossing a pedestrian walkway on a college campus, saying that he would think a young woman would be more careful so as not to get her [pretty] legs hit by a car. When I tried to file a complaint, the dispatcher called me a liar and hung up on me. I'm not sure if this is an isolated indecent or not, but I was not happy about how the driver or the dispatcher handled the situation. read more
