That part was a plus. Now the service. I don't expect friendly greetings or big smiles, but the person testing my car seemed completely over it and made me feel like I was a nuisance (like, trust me, I didn't want to be there either). He was mumbling the entire time, and I genuinely couldn't hear what he was saying. He wanted me to put my key on the dashboard, get back in the car, and roll down the window, but I had to ask multiple times just to understand his instructions. I get it. It was cold, and I'd be miserable working outside in that weather, too. Still, clearer communication would've made the experience much better. In the end, I'm just thankful it didn't take long and that I didn't have to be there for very long.

He kept me apprised along the way when he was almost done with iron working the bannister and asked if we wanted powder coating (slightly extra cost) which we did opt in for.
