Absolutely fantastic service. Yesterday, my minivan decided to stop working on the highway right before getting to Great America. My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. My brakes locked up causing my back tire to flatten, while speeding down 290 on my way to work on Tuesday morning. I tried to change the tire myself, but couldn't budge the lug nuts. Well I had a terrible experience with these dynamic duo for of father and son trying to get my car towed back to Chicago. The father Martin is a Condescending, arrogant person who at 1st gave him a try to get my 2014 Dodge Charger. He would not get his tow truck to tow it back to my mechanic I had waiting in Chicago. He tried every method to start my car and I was nice enough to give him water and cookies in my work parking lot where my Charger died. All he did was just talk to say how my insurance State Farm and a company called Agero screwed him and then makes me wait because of lost on coming to tow my car the day before since I already told Agero I did NOT need a tow that day. I apologize for that but don't make me the issue why you lost fuel that day. The son seem careless and irresposnible because I had told him that night I would call him but these 2 a**holes just stayed in the parking lot wasting time. I told them I was busy at work and all they did was complain to Agero on the phone getting me invloved which was unprofessional. IF YOU run INTO them with state farm or Agero Just say "NO" to these stupid useless towing business who will waste your time, make excuses, talk like you do not know any better and treat you like a scam artist. My dad and his caregiver were on the way back from the hospital when they had a flat tire. I called Martie at Q Roadside (I don't even own a car) and he quickly responded with excellent advice. He recommended calling *999 to contact IDOT which provides a free service for roadside issues. He recommended them because they'd be able to get to my dad faster. Martin ~ at Q Roadside went above and beyond with this girl (me) in distress. He immediately started to offer, not only suggestions with my problem, but started making phone calls to find the make/model #'s needed to replace my possible bent rim and blown tire. He cut down my hours of investigation into minutes! Because of his knowledge and kindness I became a happy customer. He popped over to where my car was ~ saying that he was just 5 min from there. He took pictures for me. Then he met us and took the tire off. He had the proper jack (ours wouldn't have been low enough to get under) and took the tire off. I then brought in to be replaced (at a tire shop). He helped put it back on too. We tipped him as he wasn't going to charge us. At 9 PM, on Christmas Eve, I'd had a flat tire & was stranded at a 7-11 parking lot for 9 hrs, working with both insurance & car manufacturer roadside assistance, without help being given any help. Won't go into detail, but after hours of texts/calls, searched online & called many other companies, none of which could give any help. Then, I called Q Roadside. The person answered, & though 6 AM, on Christmas morning, probably after having been out in the cold all night long, due to the storm that'd passed through the area for the last couple of days, causing many disabled vehicles, they immediately asked my location & about my situation, & said they'd be right there. Not only were they able to help, the auto service professional reached my car within 10-15 minutes; changed my tire; and brought such joy to this horrible experience.
