He kept me apprised along the way when he was almost done with iron working the bannister and asked if we wanted powder coating (slightly extra cost) which we did opt in for. The day of install was fast - Gabriel did the install and there was no dust or particles left on our floor after he was done drilling to the ground. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships.
