All they did was change out the gas and test drive it in a nearby lake. I hauled it down to the cities and took it to another shop. Stored my boat with Rays over the winter "included grease trailer bearings check/charge starting battery" long story short, today is Friday tomorrow is opening of fishing. I got my boat out of storage last week and put it on the charger to make sure was all ready for the weekend. Planned to run the boat and check everything out last night, no electronics would turn on, batteries wouldn't charge and were all dead despite being plugged in the past couple of days. Called Rays service dept because i assumed with the fees for winterizing and prep they would have checked over the batteries, still not sure what the actual contract covers, anyway not an issue. The deal is that i called, was transferred to the service department, i wish i knew who answered the call on 5/9/25 so i could name him, he was GREAT, understood the problem and the timing with trmw being the opener etc...told me to bring it right in, i had another appointment so my Dad took it in, he said they pulled it in tested everything found a dead cell in one of the batteries, replaced the battery and checked that all was well....within 2 hours of the initial call, i was back up and running. Based on my experience today i have to give them 5 stars and more if i could. They were understanding, professional, timely and competent, what else can you ask for.

They were very rude to me and my husband when we asked them when our pontoon would be ready for this year at our cabin (2024). We brought it in last fall (2023) and they were to repair it over the winter so it was ready for this spring (2024). The repair was NEVER done and when we called to see where they were at with it we treated terribly and Eric, the manager, said we were to call the repair company ourselves and they were DONE with us and our Pontoon would be out front of the shop not completed! He hung up on me and did not offer any apology. This is horrible customer service-we need help and now out of luck thanks to Ray's Marine.
