Horrible service, unprofessional and keep my dad's truck for over 8 month. Joe had an attitude everytime we went to check on the truck. was telling my dad he was waiting for parts. Then told me he was going to get to whenever he could but kept bringing new vehicles in and working on them before my dad's truck. He kept my dad's keys and gave us an empty remote that look like it went to the truck. Just poor customer service and now we have a truck with no motor at all. read more

They took the motor apart and took my money 03/12/2025. NOW IT"S 12/21/2025 and nothing has been done absolutely NOTHING. Trucks in pieces and motor still torn down. Dustin say's, he quit because "Joe hasn't paid him". Joe is currently running the place and is not a good businessman AT ALL. I have requested my money back and they refuse to refund me my money. this is a horrible horrible shop. my 2015 cadillac ATS has been burned up at their shop for over 6 months due to their failure on installing my engine and refuse to contact me with their insurance and have even went to harassing my insurance company as they reach out. Long story short: take your car somewhere else unless you are given no other choice. I had to have my vehicle towed on Memorial Day because I had two tires go flat on me due to broken valve stems. The tow driver himself seems a nice enough guy. He got to my car quickly and was polite and got my car on my way. He offered to tow my vehicle to wherever I wanted, or he could take it to this place, since it was close for him and I figured, "Hey, it's not far, how bad can it be." I agreed and explained that I needed two tires repaired, one that was still on the vehicle, and one in the back hatch because I'd swapped it with my spare. He says, "alright, got it," and goes on his way. Next day, at 2, I call the garage, thinking, "This seems like a simple and straightforward job, it should be done by now," and a lady picks up. She's not exactly rude, but she definitely seems a bit hurried and clearly doesn't want to dwell on the phone, but whatever, if there's a lot going on, I can look past that. I ask about my car, and she says, in so many words, "Our mechanics are all away right now, we'll call you back." Weird, but I wait to get a call back. 30 minutes later, I call again and she explains that they haven't done the repair yet, but they just got the parts and they'll do it just as soon as this one mechanic gets back in. She asks if I'm needing sensors replaced and I explain that no, I'm just needing the valve stems on two tires replaced. She acknowledges that and says we'll call you back. Thirty minutes pass and I'm at the garage because I've long since figured out that waiting for this place to call back will get me nowhere. My vehicle's outside and I can clearly see that one of my tires has been repaired, but the spare is still on. "Maybe they fixed the other, but didn't put it back on for some reason," I thought, heading inside. The actual inside of the business is a mess, papers all over the counter, seemingly poorly organized. I wait just a little bit, and a mechanic, who seems genuinely friendly, asks me what he can do for me. I explain I'm here to pick up my car, that whole song and dance, and he goes and gets the key and starts ringing me up. Let's just say that the price I was charged was, exorbitant, especially when you account for my insurance covering the cost of towing. I ask if that's the price for both tires to be repaired, and he looks at me genuinely stunned. "No sir, that's just for the one. I was only told about one tire." At this point, it's getting close to when this garage closes and I'm not interested in trying my luck on leaving my vehicle there any longer to see if they'll actually get around to fixing the second tire if I tell them, and I'm definitely not waiting for them to "call me back." So I pay, take my key and my copy of the bill and get ready to leave this place behind. As I'm leaving, a lady comes out, hands me cash, and explains that I was "overcharged." I thank her, take the cash, and leave, making a note to never do business with this garage again. The long and short of it is that I paid substantially more than I should have only to get half the repairs I asked for, and got the runaround the whole time. There're too many places in DeSoto county to get your car worked on to waste your time and money here. read more

Charged me 125.00 to tow a van 4.7 miles to his shop after one of my employees had an accident in a van in Southaven, Miss. We asked him to diagnose what it would take to repair work van. I cannot remember the exact price but it was 2200-2500.00 for a 2005 Ford Freestar work van. When I told him "No thank you" I owed him another 70.00 plus 50 for moving it into his shop to look at it. Does not accept CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS. CASH ONLY BUSINESS........ BOTTOM LINE I had the van towed backed to Memphis about 20 miles for 65.00 placed on my credit card. Total repairs in Memphis 750.00. Must be nice to have a contract with the Southaven Police Dept and be able to totally rip consumers off this badly. Zero stars. read more

Called Glen after my boyfriend's car was towed but it's Saturday and they aren't open However the online hours states that they are from 7-12 . Anyway we just needed to get his house keys out the car and he couldn't even do that and was very rude and disrespectful. Stated it was not his problem. Never do business with this guy. My car was towed to Glen's Garage at the recommendation of the tow truck that was called by my insurance road side assistance. The call was placed around 5:00pm. The tow truck showed up around 10:00pm. The guy that picked it up stated that he thought it was the altinator that had gone bad on my 2008 Saturn VUE. I was charged $463.93. The alternator was listed as $273.58 and 2 hours of labor was listed as $160.00. Then, I was charged a 4% fee for using a card. I looked up the charge of an alternator for my car and I could have bought one for $78.99. I have heard of mark up but this is aweful. But, when you are a female and these garages and tow truck companies know that you are at their mercy, it's not much you can do. The one good things I can say it that my car was ready the next day. But with these prices, why not get right on it. I really think it's sad when we are preyed upon. But God knows and He sees. What goes around surely comes around. keep that in mind. read more

Don't let Glen's gruff exterior fool you. He's really a nice guy. I always bring my vehicles here to be serviced because, they're usually fast, reasonably priced, and they always call me to let me know they're going to do something before they do it. They rarely "find" unexpected problems that "have to be fixed" with my vehicles. I've referred others here and they've been pleased with the service as well. read more

the Police had my car towed and didn't find out where it was located until 3 days later. I had to call the Hwy Patrol to find out this info. Glen's had my info and didn't have the decency to give me a call to tell me where its was located. But after I picked my stuff up and a couple days later they had the nerves to call my phone asking about a payment. Wow. I'm struggling to find out where my vehicle is and they had my number all that time. read more

Glen was called by the police to tow my vehicle after a recent accident. I went the next day to get my personal belongings from the vehicle only to find that raccoons had gotten into my car while on Glen's lot, messed up my interior, and completely destroyed a child's car seat (I assume eating crumbs out of the seat). I complained and Glen agreed to pay for the damage. I asked for that in writing since I had nothing but a conversation, and Glen went off. He used extremely profane language, including GD in front of my 5 year old son. I was certainly upset and could have handled the situation better, but the profane language and use of GD in front of a 5 year old is completely unacceptable. I will never do business with Glen again and would recommend that no one else do business with him either. read more
