I watched the espresso pull and it was super fast and runny which shows me the beans are not dialed in at all. Espresso should have an even, steady pull with crema on the top. There was no crema and it tasted super watery. They also don't know their sizes, as they were prepared to serve a macchiato in a cappuccino sized cup. I had to tell the barista where to stop with the milk, but honestly that wasn't even worth it because I didn't end up drinking the coffee. Baristas are friendly and always make you feel like valued customers. They support local artists by selling local goods and rotating artwork on the walls, so make sure to check those out too.
