Today 9:/24/25 my daughter was scheduled for dental cleaning . we long story short the older lady receptionist behind the counter was super rude and told me my daughter couldn't be seen because we was late getting the paperwork done prior to her appt pretty much . now remind you I was on the very last sheet of paper of there forms to sign and she proceeded to tell me everything checked out well with her insurance becouse this was also not only her first visit ever visiting there office as well for a dental cleaning possisble fill ins . my daughter is 13 and of course we had to check out of school early for her appt and we did get there right on time we wasn't late but 5 minutes of our scheduled appt and I have to drive about 15 miles to apt and it was a raining yucky day with weather condition . fact is my daughter didn't get to be seen for cleaning for the lady being so petty about paperwork not being finished when she called me up to approach me infront of the entire waiting room full of people to ask myself the parent of Emily not even the patient if you are following me to ask when I could pay a old past due bill from when I had been in there office back 10 yrs ago and the amount $ 56 yall !! I was floored like since when ever has that lady had the right to look up to see if I had doctor bills with them more less . she could have called me on the phone she could have pulled me aside and that would be just fine as well but to call me out like she did over a 56 dollar old Denist bill and the fact she made is waste gas time and effort my daughter didn't get a school note for school since she had to check out early just to get to her appt and I had to call arojnd find another denist that excepted her insurance and for it to be another two months we have to wait for up coming appointment just to make sure my dauhgers needs are being met but definitely being pushed out longer than it should of came to as far as I am concerned and If you would of just heard this lady and seen how I was done I'm sure you would be on the same level I am I will never give them any good word except that there office is very clean and kept up but to say friendly and caring sorry noone approached myself nor my daughter in that manner today it was more judge mental and very much in my eyes what they call discrepancy and if you ask me my honist opinion of there staff and receptionist. very snooty and stuck up that's the whole impression I got today . moral of this story is I won't be back to ever try and get service of any kind from them rude people and if I could of had that old hags name and information as to who I report too I'd be doing so as well she isn't perfectional an any way or fashion she very rude and totally embarrassed my daughter to the point when we walked out the door she was crying upset even she at 13 yrs old got aggravated and upset at the whole ordeal of how we was called out and how we was approached on a very 1st dental visit for my child now . so yall I'm sorry but if you can get past the one non perfeshional receptionist and if you are free and clear and dont have past history of oweing them well maybe then I reckon you would get to experience this friendly Denistry office that handles with care . Well we never got the care we was seaking and desperately needin her teeth cleaned considering we fell a little behind on them becouse it had been a little over time late for her getting her 6 month cleaning due to loss of insurance and then to have to wait for 2 months longer to get this tooking care of and the whole deal of even having to call around to find another provider to take her insurance . yes this mom is livid on there actions and that women should of lost her job on the spot for how she done today . she even let me get to the door to walk out and said mam i am not finished her I said excuse me I'm sorry I am most deffinally finished her at this point and I wont ever step foot back In this door nor will i recommend my dog to come her lady I won't be back don't you worry and not even to pay the measly $.56 dollar doctor bill in my name she went back snooping for over 10,yrs I am not kiddin or no liein still SMDH there is always a better way to handle things and it wasn't at my 13 yr olds Denist appt she didn't even get to make cause she reseduled becouse I didn't have it done quick enough i guess lord idk awful experience with GLiCk a&-Woods !!! lady better be glad I wanted her job so bad today if I just knew who to call read more

My 3 adult children and I have been patients here for over a decade. In that time I can't remember a single complaint other than wait times, which admittedly aren't always avoidable. Today I left work early and showed up 10 minutes before my 6 month cleaning and was told I would have to reschedule since I did not confirm my appointment. Cancelling an appointment I've had for 6 months because I did not click confirm on the single email that was sent out is unacceptable. I didn't open the email because the appointment was already on my calendar and I did not require a reminder. I understand no-shows cost you money, but transferring that cost to those of us who keep our appointments is not the answer. My family and I will not be returning. I would urge you to reconsider this policy. read more

Waited in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours, for a teeth cleaning. Finally just had to reschedule, because was told that all the chairs were taken, and they were just waiting on a dr to come check on the patients, so they could free up the chairs. This is absolutely ridiculous! read more

I was having some trouble with a tooth called at 8am and Jennifer immediately got me an appointment for 8:30 same day. Dr. Hill was phenomenal she was friendly and patient with me when explaining treatment, assured my fears and got me set up with an antibiotic. Bless her Jennifer called me later that day and got me set up to get it all taken care of. I was nervous for the appointment but Kendia was extremely kind and helpful with taking my mind off the procedure. When Dr. Hill came in she was again super friendly and kind, two shakes of a lamb's tail and it was all said and done. No pain! I honestly can't recommend them enough! 5 stars 10/10 read more

This place honestly restored my trust in dentist offices. I had a really bad experience a couple years back at a dentist office in Manchester, so I have been extremely hesitant to go to a dentist. I had radiation when I was 20 that really weakened my teeth. Recently, I had a molar that broke one night while eating dinner. I called Glick and Woods the next morning and they ended up being able to squeeze me in the same day! I spoke with Michelle over the phone and she has been so kind every time I have reached out to them via phone. I cannot remember the dental assistants names on my 1st and 2nd day visits, but I let them know that I was pretty anxious about being there. They, along with Dr. Logan Smith, made it SUCH a pleasant experience and made sure that I was comfortable. I had to get a temporary crown, and will be going back next week to get the permanent put on. I fully expected to have awful pain after the numbing wore off and the day after, but I experienced little to no pain after the procedure. My boyfriend and his family know Kim Glick and recommended this place and I am very happy they did! read more

I hate dentists and am very scared by them. They use nitrous oxide and do not charge for it. It makes it much much much better. Today I went in for a small filling and did not feel the needle stick at all. The Dr. Really tried to be gentle. And she succeeded ... I have been to both the male and the female Dr. Here ... both take patient comfort as a primary concern. read more

My family & I have been visiting Dr. Woods since 2007. Today my children were turned away for fillings because we didn't confirm an appointment by noon yesterday for an appt today 3/16/2012 at 10:30. Here's the twist....my appt was cancelled 3 times by their office because they were short staffed, not a problem, I was willing to help them out. They cancelled and rescheduled again on 3/14/2012 and spoke with my husband. We were rescheduled today 3/16 10:30. I took both of my kids out of two separate schools early and drove from Manchester, TN to Tullahoma, TN..... Gas prices are very high and I was scrambling for change. The hygenist told me we had to reschedule and I was shocked. I explained we have had our appt.'s cancelled & rescheduled 3 times. I said I want my appt today. She said no we can't we are short staffed. She was not apologetic at all she just kept saying you didn't call by noon that is our office policy. I said under my breath, I'm tired of this office, the hygenist, said we can get your records if you want to go somewhere else. I tried to explain their office has cancelled our appt a few times and I was willing to help but your not. She was not willing to listen or help me she just said they are short staffed. While this is happening no one was in the waiting room!!! Customer service is very poor. The customer service manager was not available and the dentist refused to speak with us. Be aware this is there policy if you don't call by noon the day before the appt you already scheduled they will not take you on the day of your appointment. Another time my children were turned away from a cleaning because we owed $90.00 my husband was approached by the finance lady and was told infront of a room full of people. Don't worry we did pay!! I have gone in there to pay $400.00 for a crown... I owe them nothing !! read more

This was my first visit to Dr. Glick in Tullahoma. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office.
