Today 9:/24/25 my daughter was scheduled for dental cleaning . we long story short the older lady…read morereceptionist behind the counter was super rude and told me my daughter couldn't be seen because we was late getting the paperwork done prior to her appt pretty much . now remind you I was on the very last sheet of paper of there forms to sign and she proceeded to tell me everything checked out well with her insurance becouse this was also not only her first visit ever visiting there office as well for a dental cleaning possisble fill ins . my daughter is 13 and of course we had to check out of school early for her appt and we did get there right on time we wasn't late but 5 minutes of our scheduled appt and I have to drive about 15 miles to apt and it was a raining yucky day with weather condition . fact is my daughter didn't get to be seen for cleaning for the lady being so petty about paperwork not being finished when she called me up to approach me infront of the entire waiting room full of people to ask myself the parent of Emily not even the patient if you are following me to ask when I could pay a old past due bill from when I had been in there office back 10 yrs ago and the amount $ 56 yall !! I was floored like since when ever has that lady had the right to look up to see if I had doctor bills with them more less . she could have called me on the phone she could have pulled me aside and that would be just fine as well but to call me out like she did over a 56 dollar old Denist bill and the fact she made is waste gas time and effort my daughter didn't get a school note for school since she had to check out early just to get to her appt and I had to call arojnd find another denist that excepted her insurance and for it to be another two months we have to wait for up coming appointment just to make sure my dauhgers needs are being met but definitely being pushed out longer than it should of came to as far as I am concerned and If you would of just heard this lady and seen how I was done I'm sure you would be on the same level I am I will never give them any good word except that there office is very clean and kept up but to say friendly and caring sorry noone approached myself nor my daughter in that manner today it was more judge mental and very much in my eyes what they call discrepancy and if you ask me my honist opinion of there staff and receptionist. very snooty and stuck up that's the whole impression I got today . moral of this story is I won't be back to ever try and get service of any kind from them rude people and if I could of had that old hags name and information as to who I report too I'd be doing so as well she isn't perfectional an any way or fashion she very rude and totally embarrassed my daughter to the point when we walked out the door she was crying upset even she at 13 yrs old got aggravated and upset at the whole ordeal of how we was called out and how we was approached on a very 1st dental visit for my child now . so yall I'm sorry but if you can get past the one non perfeshional receptionist and if you are free and clear and dont have past history of oweing them well maybe then I reckon you would get to experience this friendly Denistry office that handles with care . My 3 adult children and I have been patients here for over a decade. In that time I can't remember…read morea single complaint other than wait times, which admittedly aren't always avoidable. Today I left work early and showed up 10 minutes before my 6 month cleaning and was told I would have to reschedule since I did not confirm my appointment. Cancelling an appointment I've had for 6 months because I did not click confirm on the single email that was sent out is unacceptable. I didn't open the email because the appointment was already on my calendar and I did not require a reminder. I understand no-shows cost you money, but transferring that cost to those of us who keep our appointments is not the answer. My family and I will not be returning. I would urge you to reconsider this policy.

This week was off to a rough start getting not 1 but 2 cavities filled. Since they were on each…read moreside of my mouth I decided to book 2 separate appointments. My first one was filled by Dr. Anderson, and it went really well. He was kind, gentle, and fairly fast. I had just a little soreness after the numbness had worn off. My second one was filled by Dr. Brett, and I had an unpleasant experience. I felt like he was rushing to finish my procedure, and it made me really anxious. There wasn't enough time allowed for the numbing agent when he started drilling. After I said I could feel a little bit he made the comment "I'm not going to hurt anyone today!" and left the room. Once I was numb enough, he started again. He was a lot rougher than Dr. Anderson, and he didn't give warnings or countdowns before the next step. After doing the bite test (in which he made the point to say that things weren't lining up and made a joke about it) I was set. The nurse didn't offer me water to rinse out, and I felt rushed to leave. My soreness was more intense after the numbness wore off. If you need to have dental work done I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson!

I am staying with a…read morerelative In Lewisburg for medical reasons, which has caused me to uproot from hometown for an extended period of time. That being sad, my daughter comes to stay with me from time to time. During one visit, she became ill. She needed immediate attention, so I was forced to explore unfamiliar options for medical care. After a few phone calls, it was confirmed the walk-in clinic at Marshall Medical Center was in our network. To add, I am very picky about all medical care, especially when it comes to my loved ones. I will admit, I was uneasy taking my daughter to an unfamiliar place. But, as soon as I walked in the door, I felt like we were in the right place. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The physician's assistant listened intently to my daughter's symptoms and ordered blood work and tests based on that. The PA was so knowledgable. She stated what she believed my daughter had. Sure enough, we found out it was one of those things in the doctor's office and the other, after receiving some lab results. Speaking of lab, where blood had to be drawn out of my daughter's arm. We had to inform them that my daughter has a fear of needles and could possibly pass out. The person who put the needle in her arm took this in consideration and treated her with such delicate care. I was told she used a special needle, and my kid hardly felt it. That person turned what could've been a horrible situation into something that was easy peasy. She also carried on a conversation to take my daughter's mind off things, and my daughter was actually leaving with a smile when she's usually leaving in tears at blood draws. The doctor expressed she had concerns that prompted her to order an ultrasound. Considering our extenuating circumstance, scheduling was very accommodating and put a rush on getting that done. I have to say, as a middle aged woman, that was the most efficient and speedy experience ever! The person who was performing the ultrasound was very gentle with my daughter and took her time getting lots of pictures from many different angles. I expected we would have to wait a couple of days for the results, like it's always been at other places in the past. But, they had the results an hour later and took time to explain them to us. Not only that, they supplied us with paperwork and got the results to our PCP immediately. AMAZING!!!! Our experience was so spectacular, that I will never hesitate going to the walk-in-clinic again. I will also consider going 45 min out of my way to this location, if I ever need any x-ray or ultrasound for any reason. I highly recommend anybody going to this location for medical care, labs, x-rays, etc. Our experience in the walk-in clinic, lab area, and radiology dept. was great from beginning to end. I don't know anything about their hospital, but I'm led to believe anybody would be in good hands there too. I would support this medical facility getting an award, based on our exceptional experience!

I don't think I've ever run into a more inept group of medical "professionals" in my life.. and I…read morego to the VA so that's saying a LOT considering how crappy that is. I moved my mom in with me almost 3 years ago due to her numerous health issues. Since moving here, she has yet to regularly see a neurologist, rheumatologist, osteopath, or cardiologist, despite having seen ALL of these specialists in THREE OTHER STATES FOR SEVERAL YEARS. The people here have downgraded on her medical chart every ailment she suffers from. Her cervical fusion? Charted as "neck pain". The things that end up on her chart make me wonder if they are even in the SAME ROOM as this patient. One guy said she looked "well-nourished", the woman weighs 90lbs. She is absolutely unrecognizable from 5 months ago. She looks like she's dead and forgot to fall over. Well-nourished??? She vomits constantly. She can't get out of bed. She can't walk. She doesn't have use of her limbs, her bowels, or her body. She has BLATANTLY evident facial drooping, which I guess everyone in backwoods Tennessee is just so used to seeing the ugliness of inbreeding, so you aren't able to recognize it in a formerly healthy patient. When they called about her labs, they told her that her kidney function was "good". I don't know where you people studied, but where I come from, "good" doesnt go from 70s to 50s in less than 3 months and that's GOOD. She was in the 90s prior to moving to Tennessee. You're killing her. And I believe it is on purpose to milk the Medicaid payouts for pointless appointments as long as you can before you do. She's been treated by other physicians for over 20 years for these ongoing issues. The neuro doc she was referred to will only see her for the botox injections for migraines, but not the neuropathy, not the seizures, not any of the numbness or loss of dexterity, not the tremors, not the complete lack of relexes in her entire body. You can only change neuro docs once or they'll drop you as a patient. The in-home health people they sent 1. Lied about her ability. 2. Downgraded her symptoms 3. released her from care with a 2" knot on her forehead from falling - that's when the severe headaches started, the ones that caused what I believe to be a stroke or TIA. 4. lied about ever being at the house until I stated I had proof of him being there on my home cameras, then they changed their tune. But still, nothing has been done. WE STILL HAVENT SEEN SOMEONE TO RE-EVALUATE! Despite asking no less than 8 times. She is having EVERY symptom on the ER notes sheet that states "if you have new or worsening symptoms of xyz, go to the ER". We've been to the ER, three times. The first time, they charted "myocardial infaction, possibly old". The next visit to the ER, they just kept her there until they finally tossed her out, but stated that she was "ambulatory" .. she was LYING ON THE FLOOR IN THE WAITING ROOM. The time we went to NASH for the symptoms that are worsening, bc CANTIERI was still on paternity leave, NASH lied to her face and said that she had hemorrhoids, although astoundingly, he charted it as what it is, a rectal prolapse. Although he misspelled "rectum" in his notes, as "rectom" and had no idea what "lipedema" meant. He actually stated, "I don't know what you want me to do for her". I hope every single one of you people have the EXACT care that you give to patients. I hope every single one of you have a loved one you can't help because you have a doctor JUST LIKE YOU. Worthless wastes of space that I wouldn't trust to keep a pet alive. Can't spell, can't think, bottom of the class barely scraped by, and probably have someone else tie your shoes you're so inept. You all deserve to have your medical licenses revoked.
