Went into get my elderly MIL car cleaned and this woman and the kiosk did a HARD up-sell to buy the monthly car wash that we could cancel easily - that we would get notice to do so - we went one time - I don't live there and my MIL can't go on her own - so next thing i know i get a monthly charge again for higher 30 days later and now they won't refund it - so my one car wash ended up costing over $50 for a friggin drive through= after repeated emails back and forth - still no grace on the refund. Really upsetting experience - btw very hard to even hear the details on what the offer entailed at the entry of the car wash with all the noise. BEWARE - do not get sucked in here.

The worker who checked us in even came and added additional tire shine to our tires - Rate it a 7/10. just be WARY of the fact it can scratch your vehicle, we're going to get it buffed out, nothing serious. There is only one location versus five or six of the other place if that tells you anything. It is locally owned and operated. I have had multiple interactions with the owner and he is doing all he can to take care of you and it most certainly shows. He is working just as hard as anyone else here. They are always waiting for you when you pull up at the payment center. There are two lanes to pull through and if it's even slightly busy there are two people there to greet you. You get a complimentary drying cloth and a blunt each time you wash. Kidding about the blunt man. Don't be uptight dog. Car wash gets every square inch of your car it seems. I have a $15 a month subscription so no tire shine for me, so I am not sure how that service is. But that bitch is clean when you roll out even with the basic wash. It's so effective I'm afraid it actually wears through the clear coat if you don't keep your car slick and waxed more than usual. I unfortunately cannot use this wash any longer myself in my current vehicle, but continue my subscription in my old dinosaur burner that I gave to my kid. She still loves it.
