The king bed we purchased is a "gold bond sacro support mattress Buckingham" - it is, without question, the best mattress we've had. It's the perfect balance between support and plush. It's cushion on the top - providing a great feel of comfort and relief, but just beneath it's firm but giving. Its perfect if you're a side sleeper. The service was exactly what you want - someone knowledgeable and ready to answer all your questions; and friendly - but NOT pushy. Delivery guys also were great. Very pleased. 5 enthusiastic stars. When we bought this couch the owner talked us into an expensive pet warranty that was supposed to cover any rips or tears. My dog's nail got caught on my couch in December (6 months ago). I immediately contacted the warranty company and never heard back. I followed up in January and they claimed they never received it but took my information again. I have followed up every few weeks and am told they are waiting on information regarding availability. The last time I spoke with the warranty company they said they were waiting to hear back from the store. So I called the store and the person I spoke with told me they would let the owner know and give me a call back. I never received a call back from the store but instead received a passive aggressive message from the warranty company after my call. I understand covid has delayed production but any other manufacturer I have spoken with about other products can give me a time frame at least. These people are barely giving me any response. So go ahead, buy the furniture, but I warn you, the warranty is a scam!
