I was changing my long straight center part for bangs and a little chunkier /shag on top. I loved that Deanna seemed to really take her time, and was very careful and concentrated. She was friendly but seemed more concerned with what she was doing than chatting which I appreciated. I'm not the type to be really chatty anyways so it was relaxing not to have to force conversation. Since it was a new style for me, I wasn't sure what I thought of it as she worked through it. At the end, she didn't hesitate to get a second opinion from the other stylists and they all worked together to make sure I was happy. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled when I left, but I have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my hair over the past few days. My husband liked it too so that meant a lot to me. As I've gotten used to the style, I've come to appreciate the job she did and how it seems to look good no matter what I do with it. Kudos and thanks to Deanna!

I understand that this isn't 15 or 20 years ago and we aren't going to get a 25 or $30 tanning package however it blew my mind when one of those lower cost options was still over $100 lotion is now up to $70 and I'm actually mind blown the tanning salons still exist in this economy. I can't imagine that many people are coming here enough to keep a business open. It doesn't make any sense to me. Livonia is not the demographic to have an extra couple hundred dollars each month for tanning.?! what about in the summertime when everyone is outside anyway? The lady was semi nice kind of stern seemed increasingly annoyed that I wasn't going to drop a few hundred dollars. I told her I wanted a single session or maybe a package but they don't have anything less than 10 visits. I thought I could buy maybe five visits or something, but they don't have that option. The beds all seemed very high-quality and everything was very clean unfortunately even though I make well above minimum wage, I don't think this is even anywhere near "in my budget" i'm flabbergasted and wondering what people do for work that they are able to afford such a thing like this ‍ also know that TJ Maxx is closed I feel like they would get so much less foot traffic they also had multiple people working which I can't fathom that they can warrant that I would give a 3.5 if I could I may be back next winter earlier in the season. Even when I said I did not use lotion she continued to lecture me about how it harms the beds and they can crack and I will be charged $2000 if they do crack. I absolutely did not use any lotion, and will not tan there again because I had no way of proving I didn't and was being accused. This happened in front of other customers. I left and said I would not be back. Sad because I liked it there.

I normally review their work before leaving but she was 20min late to her next appt so just left. When I realized it I called and because a credit would be no use to me as a nonresident of the area I had to come in right before my flight to have her fix it. She never apologized or took accountability for doing such a half ass job. It took her another 30min to fix it. This is the most I've ever paid for a wax, and I've received waxes in many big cities. They also make you pay a deposit and sign so much paperwork so you can't get your money back even if you call 5min after booking. So to pay more than I ever have for the worst wax job I've received on top of her not even taking accountability the next morning that I had to drive back right before my flight for her to do the job was infuriating. Good thing I don't live here and can just go home and go to my regular salon for half the price and does the job thoroughly. If you live in Dearborn don't bother coming here.

Then, 3 days before my wedding, and almost 1 hour into an extremely painful and uncomfortable session, she suddenly told me to get up and leave because my eyes were watering too much. I was literally crying on my way out of the door, with partial straggler lashes barely hanging onto sparse glue like some kind of deranged spider. IN ADDITION, she had to reschedule my appointment the DAY OF only 3 hours before our appointment, and yet when I tried to reschedule she said that would be impossible and I would lose my deposit. IN ADDITION, they do not carry the very basic cat-eye, L-shape lashes that I had read in countless articles are recommended for hooded eyes. They only carry very limited types and do not accommodate for any others. IN ADDITION, their customer portal system is constantly down and internet is spotty, so that they could not access my medical forms and important information, and kept asking me to re-fill out items, even though I'd already submitted it. IN ADDITION, parking is horrible in that area so access to the storefront is extremely inconvenient. IN ADDITION, they played only trashy country music so I felt overall like I was in hell the whole time. IN ADDITION, I still haven't received my deposit back or any communication that it is coming. They do not deserve to be in business.
