They sell lotions, eyewear, contour tan masks, and even have branded sparkling water and energy drinks now (avoid the energy drink as it's like drinking the diabetic-test glucose..it's truly so bad)

The force of the push was strong enough that she dropped her phone during the interaction. This occurred in a low light, unstaffed environment with no staff present on site, and involved direct physical contact at the entryway, which raised an immediate safety concern. I reported the incident and requested that camera footage be reviewed and documented. I received an initial acknowledgment, but there was no follow-up provided regarding what was reviewed or any action taken though multiple emails and calls to corporate were made. I am sharing this because customers should be able to enter and use the facility without physical contact from other customers, and there should be a clear and timely process for handling safety incidents - especially during unstaffed hours.

Carol takes her work very seriously and provides you with all of the necessary details before starting the process so you know exactly the can and cant's once you've been sprayed. Carol also sprays you by hand to make sure all areas receive and even spray and all the little bends in knees, elbows, etc are completely sprayed. I was blown away by her kindness, knowledge, level of comfort with her while she was spraying the tan on and her professionalism while doing so. She knows her stuff and is genuinely talented. While the staff was very pleasant and friendly, the results of my spray tan are a complete nightmare. I followed the directions to a "t", asked many questions and several hours later noticed large brown splotches and streaks over every area of my body. I contacted the salon and spoke with the manager who refused to provide me a refund. I suggested to management that something may be wrong with the machine as the tanner was coming out in "splats" rather than a fine mist. She informed me that I'm the only one who has had an issue. Her only offer was for me to get one extra free spray tan. Why on earth would I want to go back and have a repeat performance? I am disgusted and embarrassed to go anywhere. I actually thought they would fade a lot more by this point but they've really held their color! The initial appointment was quick and easy and the touch up was even easier. I would absolutely recommend Molly! She's very communicative and wonderful at what she does! :) And if you have eyebrows that fade out at the end or are very light, I can promise that the microblading/ombré powder brows is such a time saver - I never have to look back at photos now and cringe because I drew my brows in poorly!
