Then, the "facialist" proceeded to bang a bottle of product upside down for 5 minutes (it was empty) while I listened to the "relaxing music" complete with extra loud commercials every few minutes ( she told me "it's free") Finally, I'm finished and as I'm sitting on the table about to get up, the decorative screen that she had leaned against the wall fell on my head. The "facialist" said oh you want some water. Then she handed me a menu of their other services! I left it on the counter, handed her $10 tip ($10 too much) and left. I came in on my 1st day to try LaserLipo which I purchased from Groupon which was a steal! The woman at the Spa at the front desk was friendly, warm and welcoming. I'm usually nervous and uncomfortable in situations where I have to show my stomach but she didn't make me feel that way so points to her! Each room is private so you are not in one big room with 10 other half naked girls which I love - the privacy and comfort. There's nice relaxing zen/massage music playing in the room and you have the option of lights on or lights off. Lights off is way more soothing while laying down!!
