I went their for a facial and was getting dressed when the owner, Rachel barged in. She did not apologize. The room I was in was on the first floor close to the front desk. I heard the front desk girls giggling after Rachel walked out. Completely unprofessional for the owner to barge in and not apologize. I have never been back since. read more

I'm updating my review after coming here many times over the past couple of years. They are still a pretty nice spa with friendly staff. The prices are on the expensive side, but it's a nice local business to support. Unfortunately for me, their service has fluctuated a lot and even though I expect the same excellent service like I did the first time, I feel more and more disappointed. One example is the aesthetician leaving the room periodically and for long periods of time during my facial or doing nothing while my mask is setting. Like they will just sit there in the room, no massaging of the arms or feet, which one person had done for me in the past. It just seems so expensive for a basic-ish facial. read more

I went for their signature facial and ended up adding the cold treatment to it. It was kinda pricey for a facial - $185 and the results are like any other facials I've had. But the place was clean and cute and the service was attentive. Still on the pricey side. Not sure if I would go again to be honest. Maybe to try their cyro therapy? But definitely not for a facial. Their items don't have a scent as well - so if you look forward to that or hate smells in their facial items - this can work against or for you. Rachel herself stayed late to tend to my eyebrows & ended up doing my mom's, too, because that's just the kind of woman she is. I have very fair eyebrows & I spend time most days with pencil, powder, or gel in hand drawing in something more dramatic & substantial. Did I love the service? Yes! Would I go back? Probably not. I LOVED the staff there as well as the service they provided. However, when you go to a spa, you're not just paying for the service - you're also paying for the experience and the atmosphere (at least that's how it is for me). While the pictures other people have posted here are accurate, it is still a bit misleading. Behind the receptionist's desk is a small stairway that is packed with junk. When you sit in the waiting area, you feel like you're sitting in someone's house that hasn't had time to clean up. Also, when you're in the rooms, you can actually hear staff members in other rooms chatting. The whole relaxation effect is a little loss when you can hear gossiping from right around the corner. So basically if you are the type of person that goes to spas strictly for the services they provide, then you can't go wrong here. If you're looking for the full relaxed getaway feeling, give it a little more thought. read more
