I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. Just in case you say I give a good surgery that was done the day of the service not the 10 months after which is what I had to wait to see the full results which is nothing.
