I used to go to palm beach I love this place way more. It's nicer, cleaner and the towels and sparkling water are my favorite part. The only thing I don't like is that they don't have room numbers so I'm always confused which room I'm going to. The front desk people are very nice but sometimes I feel like I'm bothering them by asking them for a towel and sparking water- also, when I bought my membership I was not told that they could hold your lotion there for you so you never have to worry about remembering to bring it which is really nice. Still overall the first place I would recommend somebody come to tan, I rave about it all the time to people I know. read more

This was my first time going to a tanning salon and I did some research beforehand to make sure that I go to a place with a lot of good reviews since it is my first time and I wanted to have a good first experience. This tanning salon was clean, which was nice. I read on their website that they offer water/champagne to customers, i was never offered any, but maybe they only offer this to people who use the tanning beds (I did sunless tanning) The girl at the front desk was nice, but I wished that she didnt seem like she was in such a hurry and I wished that she would've took me on a tour or told me more about the products that they offered. She explained the gist of the machine that I was using, but like i said it was my first time at a tanning salon so i dont think i should feel rushed especially if they aren't busy. If she would've taken her time explaining and showing me things I would've probably spent more money there. And I saw that they did one complimentary service for first time guests and I was never offered or told about that until I saw it online myself. read more

The bed Taylor chose for me is equipped with "smart" technology and gauges how sensitive your skin is, and then it will automatically adjust the exposure during your session; and the bed periodically talks to you. Ive come to this tanning salon a few times and just purchased my first package of tans which was very affordable for the quality of bed and results I get! I have a crazy schedule and Not only do they stay open later than other tanning salons, they are extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. NOAH has always gone above and beyond to help me out, he is very patient when explaining the beds and packages and is knowledgeable about the types of beds, products and explains realistic results to expect. Wow, I never thought I could be so impressed by a Tanning Salon. Lux is easy to find, convenient to park at, clean and professional. I was a little nervous about walking in as a pale ginger, but Tyler and Thomas made me feel instantly at ease. I toured the facilities and was impressed by how clean and sleek everything was. I chose the Versapro and Tyler walked me through all the positions before starting. He chose a good "menu" of options for me so I wouldn't walk out looking too crazy bronze. The exfoliating towel and sparkling water or champagne are a nice touch. I really liked how the machine talked you through the spray tan. I didn't have any trouble following the instructions. The tan really started to show up four hours after applying (just like Tyler said)! It's been five days since my initial visit and I still have a nice warm glow! I love this place! The starff are very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Sunday I decided to tan in one of the two beds I have always used. Noah, the Customer Service Representative, noticed the bronzer, cypher, I purchased there, was low. He suggested pairing the two products in the cypher line, to get the best results. He also walked me through and explained the benefits of how each of the beds they offer would truly benefit the investment I pay for tanning there. He offered a sample of the other bronzer, and after one use, I noticed a difference in the level of my skin tone.
