A staff member brought out warming neck pads, which was such a nice touch, and I also noticed a small refreshment area in the corner, which felt very thoughtful. My Vichy shower and scrub were amazing. I instantly felt comfortable with the provider, who did a fantastic job. The massage portion with the scrub was heavenly, the water was perfectly hot and I left feeling completely relaxed. My mom said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel very much at ease. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled. The front desk associate was also incredibly kind and even offered us both 10% off as first-time guests. Overall, the service was wonderful, pricing was standard for the area, and we'll definitely be back!

I struggled finding someone to cut my hair the way I liked from my former stylist. Additionally, for personal reasons, I enjoy a 1 on 1 experience as opposed to a place where everyone waiting can see you, though sometimes there is another customer just waiting on something to dry. It's a building that hosts multiple stylists, but I personally sign up with Jessica Jones. Not only is she amazing in her craft, she has the name of a super hero! I've always been satisfied with my hair cuts and the conversations with her are genuine. I have to drive from Nashville to Smyrna, which is a 20 minute drive without traffic, but I find it worth it for the perfect cut.
