At his point don't know if they legit or if the flower will ever arrive. I trusted the company based on the reviews. But I may be there first bad review or maybe the only real one. At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

It was so large they helped me bring it out to my truck and provided a base so it wouldn't fall over on the way home. A few days later we noticed some of the flowers were dying early. We used the food they gave us and it just wasn't helping. I sent them an email with some pictures, just letting them know what happened as feed-back. I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides. Of course my wife was over the moon to get new flowers and they are doing great. I'll be back soon for another purchase!

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use.
