Ordering flowers for any funeral, especially a child's, is never an easy thing to do. Joanne delivered not only on service, but on commitment to quality product a beautiful and fragrant display. I was traveling and could not attend the funeral in person but I wanted to send my condolences and an in memoriam arrangement. My sister recommended Glo White Florist, whom she had found online and used once before and mentioned the flowers delivered were even better than she saw online. I ordered the flowers early in the morning to be delivered to the home of my family friend by close of business the same day. I received a call from Joanne not long after I placed my order online. She indicated that she saw that I ordered the Premium Beautiful in Blue arrangement (which I will post a pic). Joanne added that it had a same day delivery, but that she was out of the larger blue vase that would hold that bigger arrangement. She mentioned that she could commit to having that arrangement delivered the following day to ensure the proper vase and flowers were included, which I agreed to. It's service like that that is truly commendable. Those tiny details and integrity in their service and product, which will make me a definite repeat customer. The next afternoon my brother sent me a picture of the flowers and his quote from our family friend "they are so fragrant and beautiful and can't thank our family enough". Imagine having only about 110$ left to your name. Using that money to surprise your partner on Valentine's Day with her favorite flowers. Feels good right? Then imagine this...the company who claims to have same day delivery, has ALL of my contact information to reach me PLUS specific instructions on what to do upon arrival... DISREGARDS every bit of it. Only to call me AFTER they "leave" the designated destination to tell me, " I didn't have any of your contact information and I can't deliver it till tomorrow." The only florist worth going to! I've been going here for years and I'm always blown away. The pricing is way more competitive than those ridiculous internet places. The flowers are always super fresh and last forever. The owner and the workers are very friendly and make great recommendations when I'm not sure what to get. Today the kids got mom some flowers for her birthday and it was a huge, beautiful arrangement. Barely fit in the front seat to get them home from work.
