They didn't lay blame or try to stick me with another huge bill they just wanted it to be right. They actually paid for part and labor on a sensor that failed right after a different repair. Overall pretty satisfied. I didn't get a quote beforehand, but was a little surprised at the price, $66 for an oil change, which could be right on market for Cedar Rapids, but my oil change costs $74 in California. I was expecting high 50s given that there were no extra services performed such as tire rotation, etc. Complimentary car wash left something to be desired, Not sure if it's soap or they just didn't get all the dust off my car (it wasn't super dusty, just the normal amount of dust from a car that's sat in a driveway for a couple weeks without a wash or rain). And given that I have a black car, it is noticeable. I have white droplets and residue from my hood, to the top of the car. I don't expect a professional wash, just not expecting residue. If you want extra social-distance I'd recommend walking over to the dealer waiting area, no one was there when I stopped in, and they had a counter area where you could work on a computer, and complimentary wifi, allowing me to continue working during the service, which was great. Customer service was generally very good, my service rep was very friendly and polite and had a great attitude, it was disappointing that he wasn't wearing a mask and only about 25% of the staff seemed to be wearing a mask. I don't know why masks are so controversial, but given the science, as a customer, when I am at a business that can't be bothered to wear a mask I always think, I guess they don't care about the health of their customers. And it becomes a little painful handing your money over to someone who doesn't care about your basic health. If you're immune-compromised, I would find somewhere else to get your oil changed during the duration of Covid-19.

I had done some work on my 2002 Lexus LS430 and was getting to the point where I was stumped and needing some help from someone with a bit more experience. I had called around a few locally owned shops and found myself speaking with Justin at All Seasons. Super nice guy, was understanding of my attempts to solve the problem and scheduled me relatively quickly to take a look at the vehicle. Eventually they had done some diagnostic testing and discovered the source of the problem. Justin immediately gave me a call and discussed options. He was very kind and let me take the car back into my own hands to fix the found issue and even gave me the diagnostic documentation to aid in my endeavor. They also did a 27 point inspection for no additional cost. They struck me as kind, honest, and intelligent. I would come to them again!
